I’ve heard about the Red Lion for years, and was finally able to go. So happy I did! Not only is it historic, but the food is all scratch made and delicious. Their desserts are also incredible (took home half a chocolate with PB frosting from the counter). Many family recipes that have been passed down for generations. Excited to go back and bring my family.
Had no idea walking in what I wanted for lunch. Spotted a pumpkin pizza on the menu. Turned out what an excellent choice. Different. Lots of fall flavor. Perfectly cooked. I can't get over finding gourmet food in a small town restaurant.
Great food in this roadside restaurant. One should note that parking is across the street. They have a huge lot. Sometimes traffic goes a bit quickly so be careful crossing the road. Once inside we were seated promptly. The waitress was very attentive even though she had a huge party that was apparently just seated.
