We happened to come upon this lovely place on our way back from Peddler’s Village. We were so glad we decided to stop. The restaurant is beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious. The soups (snapper and crab corn chowder) were some of the best we’ve ever had. Our server, Nicole, was very friendly and attentive. We can’t wait to return!
We live in NJ and have driven past the Piper Tavern a number of times. Today we decided to check it out, and we’re so glad that we did. We shared the crab and chicken corn chowder; it was delicious. I ordered the Beef Stroganoff and my husband got the Roasted turkey, stuffing and mashed potatoes; both meals were delicious. The Malibu cosmo was OMG fabulous. Our server Rebecca was wonderful. What a great stop. We definitely will return. I highly recommend.

This place is a true hidden gem! The food is always fresh and tastes like it’s straight from someone’s home kitchen—comforting, flavorful, and made with care.
Prices are super reasonable too.
The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can tell they really take pride in what they do. It’s the kind of place where you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first visit.
I love bringing my whole family here, especially for special occasions. It’s got that cozy, relaxed vibe that makes everyone feel at home.
Highly recommend!
Everything made here is amazing. Loved the OMG Steak. Amazing place for a special occasion. Happy mothers day!
Ate here for an unexpected lunch. Best chef's salad I've had. Was mad with fresh meats, not processed Higher end dining. Miranda was a friendly server, managing 4 tables. Very american menu with large, well prepared portions. Snapper soup well prepared. Full bar. Wine 13.50$ for a glass. A little steep.
One point off for the atmosphere. The ceiling has dark spots. Needs cleaning or painting. Will definitely return. We live a distance away, but it's worth the drive

Great food with a wonderful ambiance. Look forward to eating one of the crabcake entrees every Christmas holiday. Lovely sit down and enjoy the fine dining experience.
Kid-friendliness: I know my young nieces love the mac n cheese but particularly love the chocolate chip lava cookie. 😁

Not a great experience. The only homemade tasting dish was the crab chowder. The calamari was rubbery and bland. The shrimp and scallop scampi was drowned in butter which made it unappetizing. The chicken Maryland was okay. Chicken was dry and crab meat tasted like frozen crab meat. Server was very nice but food took forever.
