Found out recently that oink Johnson is no longer located on Easton Road, now you have to follow him and find out where he shows up with his food truck, too bad it was a nice stop for a nice lunch or dinner, need to find somebody else for local BBQ
Didn't know about this place, just came across it driving by. Friendly staff. The babyback ribs were delicious! Tender, but not falling apart. Smoky, but not too strong. Unfortunately, we did not care for the pulled pork. Very salty and quite peppery too. I couldn't eat it. I would definitely go back for the ribs however!
I am a fan of Oink Johnson's. I pass by his stand on my eat home from work in Fridays. He also opens during the week in the summer. So at least 1 time/month, I stop by to pick up dinner. His pulled pork is amazing. He makes delicious beef brisket, ribs and chicken. His sides are also very good. My favorite is his greenbeans which are cooked with ham. Finally, you cannot forget the cornbread! I love it! If you drive by, stop and get some outstanding barbeque. It is cash only...
