We went in yesterday during an event at PPG. It wasn't super crowded and we found out why. Poor service. We got one menu to share between the 4 of us. Had to ask when we'd get someone to take our drinks. Waited 25 minutes and still no service so left. In the time we were there, all tables looked annoyed. The only people who got food was 2 people at the bar. They even took your menu away before you order. When we got up to leave not one person who worked there said anything to us, almost as if they didn't care.

By far the best wings I've had in a very very long time. The husband and wife owners are wonderful!! Get there before they're gone!!

While visiting Pittsburgh, we tried to go to the 5th st location and the parking was awful, so we saw the E Carsen location was close so we went there at 12:15, the hours were supposed to be open at 12. The door was locked so we went next door to the Mexican restaurant. Will never make a special trip there

Food was fantastic. The burgers are phenomenal. Service was great, everyone was super nice and friendly, it was a great place to be. However, if you are going because you looked this place up and saw the big Sonic mural (like I did), well bad news. There’s no Sonic mural. But otherwise everything was great! My only complaint would be they need to make the text size on their menu bigger. It’s very hard to read such little font.

If I could rate a 0 I wouldSunday June 11, 2023 we went before the Paramore concert. They only served wings no fries or appetizers. The wings where dry no ranch. I requested ranch pay an extra $1. Waitress never brought itThe bar and Waitress had zero communication. Could not get a drink. Waitress admitted there is poor communication between wait staff and the bartendersWent to the bar and was not even acknowledged. The restaurant wasn't even busy at this time. I work down the street and I will never eat there. As we left we saw tables with barely of the wings eaten. So my experience wasn't the only one66.00 down the drain.

Honey garlic wings were really good! Service was the worst I've ever experienced. Didnt take our drink order for 30 minutes, then forgot 2 of the 4 drinks, blamed it on the bar. Walked up to the bar got the the 2 right away. The waiting continued through the whole visit.

I had a really bad experience at Back to the Foodture on 4/11/23. I never write bad reviews, but felt compelled to after my experience. I went there for dinner and drinks before the Pens game. I ordered 12 Hot Honey Garlic BBQ boneless wings, which the waitress confirmed with me multiple times that she had the right order since it was busy. A few minutes later, dry rub wings were delivered to me. I mentioned that this can't be my order since I ordered a wet sauce, and returned the food. Another hour or so goes by and I asked if there was an update on my order as I was going to now be late to the game. The waitress/owner came over and asked what was going on. I told her the original order was wrong since it was a dry rub and I ordered wet sauce. She told me that Hot Honey Garlic BBQ is also a dry rub (check their menu, it's not). I showed her the menu saying Hot Honey Garlic BBQ is not available as a dry rub... She told me I was wrong and that she would know since she wrote the menu and is the owner. I pointed at the menu and said it's not listed as a dry rub. I was about to leave, but she offered to make them in "6 minutes" so I waited. The wings were delivered 15-20 min later and as the cherry on top, they were bone-in... I ordered boneless multiple times. I asked for my money back (I already paid so I would not miss more of the Pens game) and she rolled her eyes, muttered something under her breath and went back behind the bar. About 10-15 min later I asked for a receipt or if I needed to sign anything, she said I was good since she cancelled the purchase. I checked today and the purchase was not cancelled. Safe to say I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Was excited to try Back to the Foodture but it was very disappointing. The decorations are kind of sparse and there really isn't any relation to the movie. The place is in pretty bad shape overall and needs work. The staff was rude and the place barely had any selection of drinks, didn't even have diet cola. The food was greasey and kind of gross, worse than a random burger joint. The atmosphere was just sad, petty dead inside besides people waiting on take out orders.

This place is dope! The owners are kind, and down-to-earth, and the food is fire. 9$ for a burger that was so big it couch locked me and had me nodding off like I was back on bags.10/10 will return.

my hotdog bun was all burnt up and the hot dog wasn’t even cooked long enough. The fries weren’t salted at all and they forgot my cheese so when I went back to get it they still wanted me to pay for cheese that I already paid for and they acted like they didn’t wanna give me seasoning for my fries. I will never eat here again.

What a bad experience....First, put in an order and just asked for no mayo... Response was "you can't make any changes to the burger.... The "chef" is very particular""But you can get this burger and modify it..."Didn't make any sense to me, so I built the same burger but without mayonnaise.I was the first customer and it took 25 minutes... Not only that, this very particular chef got my order wrong after this back and forth around how I'm allowed to order. The man was very clearly high, which is fine, as long as he doesn't take 25 minutes to make me the wrong burger.Other than that, there's no ventilation, left smelling like oil.Thanks.

I dunno, maybe this place started out great but has gone downhill. All I can say is that it isn't the burger mecca I was hoping it would be.I had the lil bug burger and buffalo fries. A burger, egg, bacon, lettuce and tomato were sandwiched between 2 grilled cheese sandwiches. It was difficult to get a bite to my mouth without dropping food on the table and my shirt. That's not a dealbreaker if the food is delicious. This was ok. Not bad, but not great. Not much of a beefy taste and the grilled cheese didn't add much. Bacon was the strongest flavor. The fries were limp and greasy with a buffalo powder sprinkled on top.Service was fine, people were nice but not very helpful to my friend who struggled to read the menu posted above the grill. Way above, like near the ceiling. After reading rave reviews about this place I had to try it. I have no regrets, but I can’t think of a reason to go back.
