Stopped in for apps and a drink. Inside atmosphere feels like a fire company social quarters. Had good service. Hard to rate boneless wings, mozzarella sticks and a beer. Not much else in the area, so it'll do.

If your planning to eat at Jack's you better make sure you have time to sit around for a couple of hours. Service is very poor!! We sat at the bar got menu's and drinks and no one returned for 20 minutes. The woman behind the bar looked right at us and continued to take other customers that came after us. Management should have all hired help go through a customer service course and should properly put on enough staff so customers do not have to wait that long, especially if they are having entertainment. This has happened to us before, thought we'd try it one more time, we will Never return.

We all had burgers at Jack's and they were delicious!! They are always so friendly when we stop there to eat. My husband said he just wishes they would make a different type of French fry .
