Went with my phone as I don't know how to order "on line" and the lady Beca could not have more wonderful.She did everything for me even helped with the gift card. My Ruben sandwich was perfect I was so impressed with her kindness and patience with me《I am 73》 .Thank you Beca for a wonderful experience!!!!🥪

Food is always fresh and the service is quick. I order on the app while sitting in the parking lot and it is always ready in minutes. Just be sure you have the correct pick up location if using the app lol. The drive thru and ordering in person is just as quick. We love Arby's!
I made a stop at this Arby's location after traveling for hours. I don't eat Arby's that often, but I decided to patronize this restaurant. I pulled right up to order some food as there was no line or any other patrons in site at the moment. I ordered chicken sliders, curly fries, and chicken tenders. Once I completed my order I pulled around to make my payment. The gentleman at the window told me to pull up because my food was not ready, so I did. I wait for almost 20 minutes as I see other people pull off with their food, before another employee came out to bring me my food. As soon as I open the bag to check my food, what do I see sitting on my chicken tender ladies and gentlemen??? SPIT!! SPIT was sitting on one of the chicken tenders. I'm completely disgusted, furious, and all the things you could think of if you were to receive food with SPIT on it. I immediately went back in and requested for my money back due to the fact that someone SPIT on my food. At this point I went back to the guy that brought out the food. Without even checking the food the guy immediately slammed the food in the trash can and said I wasted his time making my food. I didn't give a damn about who's time was wasted when gross misconduct was committed. I submitted a complaint, then I received a call from the DM Jason Boyer, I explained to him what happened and requested for an investigation. He proceeds to tell me that the chicken tenders sometimes have this residue, that looks like SPIT, and then tells me there are no cameras at that location. First of all what person is going to eat food that has something on it that resembles SPIT. I know the difference between grease from fat and SPIT. Secondly, I don't know of any food establishment like Arby's that don't have cameras. After doing my research of that location it was determined that the DM lied about not having cameras at that location. He made excuses for a deplorable act and never followed back up as he said he would. This is a shady business, that may do something to your food based on who you are.

Went through the drive through the order sounded a little pricy and it was because it was incorrect even after I repeated the order twice to the person taking the order. Other wise the food was great, hot and fast service.
Arby's really does have all the meats and that allows me to satisfy my hunger when I'm craving some roast beef or even my favorite gyros.
The location is nice and clean with helpful staff.

I know it’s super weird what I order however they always mess it up… a gyro with a side of AJOU … it’ll change your life btw. There’s no option to add AJOU to anything in the app. they can’t just hand me what’s asked for.
No matter how many times I see these people or tell them I do not want Taziki sauce. I want Ajou sauce, they still give me taziki sauce on the side WHEN I ASK FOR AJOUUUUUU. it’s so simple. I’ve clearly stated what I wanted and requested it, & they still hand me the wrong thing everytime. Without a beat. Like dude.
