Rotating cast of waiters was friendly and the food was great; margherita pizza in particular was PHENOMENAL! Main issue is the atmosphere; clientele is mainly middle aged dudes who think they own the place. I was at Brews brothers on 12/15/23. Upon arriving the place was packed and we were informed they were lightly staffed for the evening. I watched as these employees hustled throughout the night.. never turning anyone away but explaining they were shortstaffed so customers were aware they were doing their absolute best.
