Got the new Steakhouse Whopper & it looked like somebody sat on it hardly no mushrooms at all cheese melted like liquid two little tiny onion rings and it cost $9 just for the hamburger what a ripoff!!! Pittston is the worst Burger King in the world I wouldn't even give it one star if I didn't have to!!!

The cinnamon minis are supposed to have frosting on them. They didn’t have frosting at all. They were plain, and I asked for frosting. The soda was supposed to be a large. They gave me a medium, and I forgot to put my fries in the bag.

I got breakfast here a few times. Not bad at all. Has browns were good, croissanwich was good. I’m leaving a review to say whoever bagged those ice cold, stale French toast sticks should be excommunicated from the great city of pittston. Other than that, nothing to complain about. Seething in abysmal anger about the French toast sticks though, but professionals don’t let emotions get the best of their star rating of dining locations. The rest was quite serviceable.

Just waited, over 5 minutes for FRIES and guess what cold! Are you kidding me, I waited 5 minutes specifically the fries and they were cold, embarrassing

Atrocious service! The heavy set female employee (I think she may have been a manager) working September 3rd around 5PM was extremely belligerent, rude, nasty, and incompetent. First, I was given two ice cold burgers. I brought them back and politely asked for two new hot burgers. But the heavy set female employee/possible manager in question only made one burger which was left up on a shelf, because she misheard her co-worker say 2 burgers and thought he said only 1 burger. So I decided to just politely request my money back. I was met with instant hostility, and was accused of being intoxicated when that couldn’t be further from the truth (I don’t drink). She then tried scamming me out of money (she only gave me back $1), until I told her about it and had to demand the correct amount back. I have gone to this Burger King many times before and never had a problem until today. I will never be back, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here unless they want to deal with ice cold food, disgustingly rude attitudes, slanderously false accusations, and employees attempting to scam them out of their hard earned money.
GREAT Burger King! Food is always fresh and the employees are very nice. If you want your fries fresh just order them with no salt

For all the times I must go there for my clients because it's closer that wilkes-Barre I've yet to get an order that is CORRECT! either cold or cheese not melted or when ordering fries with NO SALT STILL receive fries WITH salt.. had to ask for chicken fries to be reheated because barely Luke warm and then they were over and hard!! Soda is the only thing they seem to get right.. if up to me id never go to pitston burger king ever! Shameful how the employees don't take pride in their preparation of this food.always disappointed
