Fred catered our wedding reception in May of 2025. Besides handling so much of the setup, he was a huge asset when it came to planning our night. Menu options all sounded delicious, so it was hard to decide. On the night of our wedding, our final picks were out of this world. Hands down the best wedding meal we've had in a long time. We received multiple compliments on the food. His staff was attentive and courteous as well. 5 stars is not high enough.
Me and my wife use Fred for our wedding on Oct 21, 2023 this year and I would do nothing but recommend him. His team is extremely professional, they went above and beyond for us doing a few extra things for us that could take up unnecessary time for our guest. The bar tender he sent over for us was professional and fun and didn’t skip a beat. The food was amazing and all of our guests couldn’t be more happy. I was at a bridal shower this past weekend and the food was a WOW! I tried a bit of everything that was presented on the buffet. All great! And if my polish grandmother was here to attend, she would have tried to take credit for the homemade pierogi. No lie. 🙂
