LAZY beyond belief. worst mcdonalds EVER, even the crackdonald’s in wilkes barre functions better. allows you to order on the app and never changes their hours accordingly. seriously hate these apes beyond belief it’s always something

We were on the road traveling and stopped into this McDonald's to grab a quick dinner on the go. The first thing I noticed was that their prices seem higher than other nearby McD's locations. I ordered on the app, which normally makes things easier. However, when we got up to the window, they asked if we wanted double apples for our kids' Happy Meals, without explaining why. It turns out they were out of french fries. I'm not sure exactly how McDonald's runs out of fries. The employees weren't very apologetic, but did end up refunding us for the fries that weren't included. Once we ate the meal, it wasn't very good (yes, I know fast food isn't gourmet). In the future, I think we'll skip this McD's and head to one of the other quick service restaurants in the area.
The food was perfect and so was the service, but this orange Juice tasted like water. Please don't water down what I'm paying for.
