Posted hours and in the app show dining closing at 11. However got there at 1030 to pick up my order (placed at 1025) and the door was.locked, couldnt pick up my order

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Your workers suck, Your pricing suck, The line to get the food sucks. Bring back happy meals the one dollar price nuggets. There’s cartilage in chicken nuggets. Never enough sauce in my bag and it seems like the employees take fries out my meal. The coffee taste like somebody spit in it. It’s like they give me a half bag of sugar on purpose. No lettuce in my burger, not even ketchup. I’m ready to call HR.

The staff needs a lot of work here... After waiting for nearly 15 minutes I received my food order but it was missing the sausages. I had to ask for cups for the fountain soda machine. I also ordered a coffee and milkshake. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, I observed at least two employees just standing around on there phones, I had to get their attention and request them to make my drinks. A few minutes later I received the coffee, but not the milkshake. I asked one more time and finally received everything I ordered. This is a management fail...
I will give them the benefit of the doubt for about half of the time I waited because it was busy, but to see at least three other families dealing with issues as well wasn't comforting. Please do better!

Clean & swift service! A great pitstop in my travel.
I ordered from app and gave the code cashier said INVALID . Tried several times and even gave different code and same result. And I left without anything. I only regret the Staff as a regular the someone from the staff should have helped resolve this issue . DISAPPOINTED I was.

The lobby door is supposed to be open at 5am. Both weekend days was locked. No cars in the drive through….what were the workers doing? Will just go to the Sheetz in Plains on the weekend anymore.

For a 24 hr place got turned away twice in the last 2 weeks. Waited 10 mins to order to be told register wasnt working at 3:50 AM. Then the second time my wife shows up aroundbthe same time 2 weeks later and gets told cant order til 4:30 change the sign to less then 24 hrs
