Ordered curbside breakfast earlier this morning and the order came out super fast. Everything we ordered was in the bag and the food tasted great. The associate who brought the order to our car was very friendly and helpful...I wish all McDonald's operated like this.

This is NOT THE EMPLOYEES FAULT..There was 1 girl TRYING HER BEST TO SERVE 6 cars in the drive through and 4 people at the cash..I was there for a quick snack, fries were TERRIBLE TASTED LIKE OLD FRENCH FRY OIL...35 min to be served..I don't blame the Employee She did HER BEST ..S

Busy Saturday morning; only two kiosks open to place your order. Went to the counter to order behind someone else. When the woman behind the counter took the order of the customer, she walked away and didnāt return with me standing there. Had to wait for a kiosk to open up so I could order. The people here on the weekend are completely clueless. Service during the week is much better.

The girl with orange and blonde hair working night shift should be fired! We ordered a simple order : 2 regular cheeseburgers and 4 double cheeseburgers with only cheese and ketchup. She got our order wrong not once, not twice, but three times! And even after the third time, it was still wrong! When we tried calmly explaining our order, she rudely walked away from us mid-sentence instead of listening to what we were trying to say to help her. Everything was drowning in condiments (ketchup and mustard). She was supposed to remake the burgers but chose not to. She just scraped everything off and threw the burgers together. After three times of messing up the order, the double cheeseburgers STILL had onions and mustard on them and the wrappers had bits of lettuce falling out (my family member has allergies!). The regular cheeseburgers had no onion and tons of pickles. Again, everything was drowning in condiments to the point of being inedible! She tried giving us complimentary fries for the trouble, but the fries genuinely had stroke-level amounts of salt on them. So those were inedible too. I understand everyone makes honest mistakes, but after the second time of messing up a very simple order... it seems like all of this was done spitefully. And judging by the reviews, it seems my suspicions may be accurate. Either way, I will never be back to this location!

A simple egg McMuffin meal, sub the sausage with bacon. I got the sausage sandwich anyway, even after it was remade, and that's all I got. No drink & no potatoe pattie. Paid for the meal to get only a sandwich. Added extra waiting time for my order to be screwed up. This was my 1st time at this Pittston location and I won't go there again!

Thereās something seriously wrong with the management at this location. About a year ago I had a run in with a morning manager. The woman refused to make the breakfast order I placed 8 minutes before the end of breakfast. I placed it arrived at the store to find my order not done and she said it was now too late breakfast was over, thatās already wrong but the bigger issue was her attitude and the fact it appeared normal for her to get in full blown arguments with customers. Iām not a confrontational person at all, I donāt even like complaining about my food Iāll usually suck it up and eat it. So anyways then today my wife & I place orders. I pull in the parking lot place my order and head in the store 2 minutes later, expecting to wait as I ordered a QP meal which are usually made fresh. I get in there and to my surprise the food is done. I get in the car and my buns are hard and cold, the burger was hot so clearly the buns just came out of the cooler/freezer and the fries were cold. My wife takes it in and is INSTANTLY met with attitude and confrontation. The lady is trying to say we ordered it before we got here but said we were there and it was made over 10 min ago, which again I had just placed it in the parking lot. She says I made that at 2:41 itās been over 10 minutes, it took another customer to point out that the CURRENT time after getting my food, going to my car, checking it and my wife going inside itās 2:46. The worker couldnāt comprehend at this point itās only been 5 minutes but somehow she continues to argue she made it over 10 minutes ago. Whatās crazy is I messaged my wife as she entered the store and said donāt let them treat you like trash thatās what they do here and wouldnāt you know. Thankfully that other customer jumped to my wifeās defense. Then the workers began loudly talking trash about my wife trying to shame her. Donāt work in customer service if your just an ignorant attitude driven person, itās like itās part of the application and hiring process here you must have serious attitude and confront customers to get hired.

LAZY beyond belief. worst mcdonalds EVER, even the crackdonaldās in wilkes barre functions better. allows you to order on the app and never changes their hours accordingly. seriously hate these apes beyond belief itās always something
