I loved Peculiar when they were in downtown Scranton and I still love them at their new location! The food is always AMAZING, complex, flavorful and filling. The chef who is the owner, puts so much passion into his dishes, and it reflects directly in the resulting happiness after a bite of their food. You could fool me and many others if you told me that the chef was a Japanese/Korean Chef of 40 years.This is a place you go out of your way for and return too. Stopped in today for lunch and was really excited to see the Peculiar crew back at it. Loving the new space. It has that traditional lunch counter vibe and with all the awesome local products in the market section I'm excited to see this new era develop. 10/10
