Have now been here twice - once for an Italian dinner on the rooftop, and tonight for an event (Paint Your Partner). The food has been incredible both times & service is 10/10! One of the best restaurants around.

The date night menu is very nice, with great choices for all 3 courses! The drinks were delicious, and beautiful, and Ashley, our server and bartender was terrific!

Excellent! All around. First time there and will be going back, hopefully on a regular basis. Wasn't aware of all the different floors until we arrived. Awesome place.

We ordered the Ahi Tuna Tartare as an appetizer, which was amazing but the chips to eat it with reminded us of Crab Ragoons (very thin- area of improvement). For our entrees, we ordered the Cherry Cola Short Ribs and the crab cakes. The quality it the sauce for the short ribs needs to improve as quality was better last year when we had it last. The crab cakes were amazing but I subbed the rice for mashed potatoes. We celebrated our anniversary here. Last year, we were given a free dessert but that was not offered this year. Overall, a 4/5 experience, can be 5/5 with some adjustments

My pistachio Bronzino entrée was excellent. Everything was perfect. The drinks were unique and the service was prompt and attentive without being intrusive. After dinner, we spent time relaxing in the Joint to some great live music. A great evening out. Highly recommend this venue on many fronts.

Very excited for Tapas & Tini night but then very disappointed. No menu for the items above mentioned til asked with no service or greeting at all for over 15 min (had to ask hostess to find someone) yet we were the only table in the high top bar area. Long time for food with poor portion size for "tapas", poor quality too (no sauce for dipping coconut shrimp or fried artichoke, most tasted like old fryer oil, lacked any presentation, spanakopita super salty, etc.) . "Tinis" were good (but not in martini glasses)! Been here many times for other dining, but this sadly was a huge disappointment. PS also ordered tiramisu and it was partially frozen?. Won't be back (if ever) for quite some time.

When you are planning a wedding, there is so much to think about. Planning our wedding ourselves, we had communication with the event planner and manager who helped every step of the way. They offered referrals and contacts, as well as built the itinerary that would create the bliss that we will feel for years to come. The staff kept everyone taken care of from the cocktail hour to the last dance at the reception. The food service was wonderful. They served every guest from a buffet that we personally chose, as well as offered accommodations to guest with any restrictions. Our guests were beyond satisfied and impressed by the professionalism of everyone. Thank you to the Rikasa team for making our wedding dream a reality. You all truly are one of a kind and we can't thank you enough. Pictures to come!!!

Food was excellent and portions were fantastic. My only complaint is the some of my calamari was over cooked. But it was still delicious. The service was outstanding. This is the first time in years where I felt the check demonstrates value for the customer (with tip) and was equivalent to my experience. We will be back, and this will be a destination on our date nights going forward. Also, they have live music on weekends.

Beautiful building. Each level was just as impressive appearing. The meals were fantastic. The staff was extremely friendly. We were there on a quiet evening. Looking forward to going on a weekend to enjoy the other areas.

Rikasa was amazing! The season drinks (I tried the Sweater Weather Espresso Martini and the Pear Harvest Martini) were both fabulous, as were the French onion soup and arancini balls we got as appetizers. My husband loved his pasta dish and my braised short ribs were so, so good. We got the cookie with ice cream and limoncello mascarpone cake for dessert, and just like the rest of the meal, they were both fantastic. Most importantly, the service was perfect from start to finish. Our waitress, Jules, was so, so good, and so was every other member of the staff we encountered. And all around great night for my birthday!!!
