Went to get a refill of my vitamin water, the lady that was working the register rudely yelled over to me and told me that I can’t go out for refills. There was no message or sign on the machine that indicated that there was no refills, and I have visited this location multiple times and always Refilled my beverage before leaving. She definitely was doing too much.

Food was made horrible and the young lady working kept touching her hair while making the food. I called her to let her know that the sub was made incorrectly. The young lady then said to me go ahead and say what you want to say.

I ordered 2 subs tonight and both sandwiches was gross , the Philly was still cold and my bread wasn't even toasted , as for my husband's hardly any meat on it an it was a BMT and his wasn't even toasted
