one thing i will say about me and my family is that we have been a subway family for years. a couple days ago, me and my beautiful wife of 12 year went into this subway expecting to get a foot long to share but sadly if i had gotten my sandwich this would be a different story. for as long as i can remember which is a lot by the way, i have always been getting a staple: wheat bread with extra tuna and olive oil and some tomatoes and lettuce onions and the whole nine yards with honey mustard. the employeees didn't even bother to try to make my sandwich and gave me roast beef instead and were missing the onions. i ordered on the app and made sure that it was my order that was right sometimes i make an order and i put stuff in wrong i have issues with my hands and my phone sometimes. my order was right and they did not want to make my order again to correct the mistake that these people made. i was hearbroken and my wife had to console me after in the parking lot i have anxiety. if you can't fix a problem you made maybe stay out of the subway franchise to tarnish their name!!!!!! the end

I ordered 2 subs tonight and both sandwiches was gross , the Philly was still cold and my bread wasn't even toasted , as for my husband's hardly any meat on it an it was a BMT and his wasn't even toasted

The app had an error when processing and charged me for my order but didn’t send a confirmation to me nor a receipt to the store. There’s no customer service number for the app. I showed the store the charge, and explained. And we’re awesome and helped me out.

I go to this subway every now and then, but tonight 12/20/22 around 6:50pm I didn't get there names, but that young man and lady we're so kind and helpful. There was a lady Infront of me who ordered when the system froze which I completely understand being in retail as well they were apologetic and it was hands down one of my best experiences I've had at a subway?
