What a horrible experience first off the woman had an attitude the whole time and when I asked for the lettuce and tomatoes on the side she said it would be charged extra the price of a large salad and when I was thinking for about 2 seconds she's like so what's it gonna be with a nasty tone and mind you no one was in line but me

Horrible customer service, walked in , wasn't acknowledged by the subway workers, waited for 3 minutes, 1 worker was sorting cheese, and the other was watching. Neither of the ladies even bothered to tell me to give them a minute or nothing of that matter, completely ignored. I'm not asking for a red carpet entrance when u walk in, but at least a greeting would be appreciated. Im not asking for free food or any favors. I'll take my money and go anywhere else, walk out and never go back. I've been to this store a few times, and I've had this same experience a couple of times

Just got off work as overnight at Walmart and wanted to get breakfast before heading home. The worker was so rude and dismissive as I was trying to order that I ended up just telling her I no longer wanted to order and walked out..

We had quite a few people on a bus trip. Many went to other places, but about 10 of us went to Subway. Only one person to make sandwiches, but she was delightful. Very patient and did a great job making some very good sandwiches. Yes it part of a Kwik Stop market, but there was a nice seating area, and it was clean. I'd stop there again!

didnt get food walked in and immediately walked out cuz i watched the girl who was about to make my food take a bite of her food and then opened a bag of produce with her mouth. mind you before i saw that she gave me a nasty look and said ill be right with you. like sorry nah bye

The Subway inside this store is terrible when you walk up they're like almost pissed off they have to do anything at all for you and they rush you

It truly is one of the most saddening experiences I've ever witnessed seeing how my once favorite subway has lost its magic and become no better than your average school lunch cafeteria, it was twice in two days that I have been denied a sandwich because they were only taking mobile orders and on a separate occasions they said we are closing early. These new employees have no will to compete, no dedication, and no loyalty to their customers. I have been coming to this exact subway over the subway in Walmart because the last employees that used to work at subway made the sandwiches with love and truly raised the standard of every other subway I ever went to. This is almost on the same caliber as the fall of Rome for how badly this new generation of workers has tarnished the band and reputation of the great subway I once knew and loved

Horrible experience with this location. There were 2 girls on night shift who were incredibly rude. Slapped my sandwiches together, one girl crumbled my sandwhich bun in her hand and gave it to me. They were very rude to us. They refused us ANY seating there. The fat one was yelling at one of us for looking to sit down. The skinny one has staring problem. Staring at me. I looked at her, and she put her head down. We had a mini stare eye contest. Anyways. They wouldn't let us see the buns they had. The skinny girl talks under her voice, incredibly quiet. We asked her to speak louder, She wouldn't. She spit in my sandwich RIGHT in front of me!!!! I had to throw it out, I was forced to Pay for this slop. Absolutely disgusting. They didn't even use the gloves all subways use. One of us was sick from eating the sandwich, violent sickness. I swear I'm gonna sue subway. I want both of your jobs.

The friendliest people with an I can do that for you attitude and they are so fast. I’m in the area sometimes it’s convenient for me. I always leave with a smile and love the familiar faces. Thank you for your dedication and support. Traveling can sometimes feel a bit much but seeing your faces reminds me I’m home. ?? ?

I wouldn’t normally leave a review for a Subway, but I (completely coincidentally) stopped at this location for gas twice recently during very long drives.Both times I ended up ordering a sandwich and the same staff member took care of me on each occasion. He was so friendly, outgoing, and had a wonderful positive attitude. If he’s the owner then great job, and if he’s a staff member then he’s a gem.When you’re in the middle of a very long drive it’s tough to break the monotony, but his positive attitude genuinely rubbed off on me and I left in a much more positive mood than I arrived. I didn’t have cash, there wasn’t an ATM, and unfortunately the Subway register didn’t offer a tip option or I 100% would have left one. I even tried to get him a scratch off on the way out but that was cash only too. I guess a review is the best O can do at this point but I hope he sees it sometime. People who bring that attitude to work really do make other peoples day better!

I have diabetes and I bring my service dogs with me everywhere I go. When I got to the subway right away two of their employees were using their phones and laughing in front of customers. Not ok. And I started having a really bad low and one of the lady’s kept pestering me about my dogs even after I told her I’m a diabetic and the dogs services me. She had a problem with it but had no choice but to let me eat there. I sat down drank some juice to bring my sugars up and no one even cared to see if I was ok or if I needed any medical help. My dogs did what they needed to do to alert me about my low but I hate this subway. Not very nice people and definitely needs new management and employees.
