I went in to order nachos and wanted to add lettuce, just add lettuce and it was the biggest issue, Brittney tells me I am not allowed to customize the food. I just left, people like you ruin the experience with your lazy work ethic and bad attitude, maybe get a new job if you hate yourself so much but please don't ruin other people's experience because your not happy with yourself and BTW the one next to the walmart in taylor also owned by John never gave me an issue with adding lettuce. 🙂

Will never go here again. This place is supposed to close at 9pm which means they stop taking orders at 9pm. Well I got there at 8:25 pm and there were two people in front of me who had already ordered. After this guy took 10 minutes to make their food while I just stood there, he comes over and tells me he stops taking orders at 830. Worst customer service ever and I will NOT be returning.

Terrible service. The employee was rude and unhelpful, refused to fix my order, and avoided handling my refund. I had to ask multiple times just to get my receipt. There’s no respect for the customer here.

How rude is this lady working at subway?!
I can’t believe she came right to me once I walked in and took a seat. She said to me if I would lower my voice here and if I am going to eat here. I was talking to my wife in Florida. As she was showing me the damage happened to my house . I can’t believe how rude and materialistic are some people of Pennsylvania are . BS

Maybe there's a new measurment system I don't know about or they're making their flatbread subs the wrong way cause this is suppose to be a foot long flatbread sandwich. It's missing a few inches.

We walked in 20 minutes before they were supposed to close and were met with an extremely rude "we're closing, the food's already put away" and an employee that refused to speak to us after that. We're traveling and just wanted to grab some food on the road and now we have to find somewhere completely different to go.
