This was the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. They said they would open at 2:30, but I waited in the cold for 10 minutes. A man came to the door and said they would be closed for another 10-15 minutes. Absolutely do not go there. I told them I was freezing and it was very cold outside, but they didn't listen. It was 1 Fahrenheit outside. It's very sad to see a Taco Bell that treats its customers so badly. Shame on you. Go eat at Burger King, it's better.

Stop here often. The service is phenomenal and they treat you like family something you don't often see in a fast food chain. The manager Darlene is a consummate professional. Would absolutely recommend.

Lady by drive through said 10 to 1am today they were closing early and they did not have the two DoorDash that said on app were ready. As I’ve drived through the drive through window one of the order was sitting by the window with one of the customers name . Not acceptable, customers did not get their orders, DoorDash had to cancel customers. Why that attitude?!

My fast food experiences have NOT been the greatest. Stepping foot into this Taco Bell put me at ease right away. Brendan came out and ensured everything I ordered was correct and even offered to refill my drink. Felt more like a dining experience than a fast food spot. There needs to be more customer service like this!

Me and my fiance got dinner here and they swapped our burritos.They put my poblano steak burrito in her chicken cantina meal and put her chicken burrito in my poblano wrapper but the manager Renie took care of us and gave us what we ordered.This place is great

I don't understand how last year was their best year, they seemed to have a smooth sailing ship up until the new year (2024 was consistently great service for myself and other customers) I use to come in every night and was greeted by a group of what seemed to be good pals who'd laugh and joke, and brighten up my night shift routine, and have other customers dying of laughter in the process however after last night and many previous nights I've gotten unnecessary attitude from their night shift crew and don't really appreciate the ignorance their crew displays, as for the day shift crew they will argue with you about any possible thing. If I just ordered my food, why is a woman pestering me about seeing my receipt for the small cup I asked for and purchased?

Drive through: They get me the wrong order. I tried to correct the order. I get sass. I got uncomfortable and told them its fine. Get more sass. I receive the order. 3 Burritos all undersized Micro Burritos. I ordered there new chicken burrito with BBQ sauce, It was Over cooked and burnt, Dry and hard.....without the BBQ sauce. This inst how you do business. I wish i took the pictures before i threw all that out partially eaten.
