This was my 1st time visit and I Absolutely love this place! It's definitely one of my favorites. Small place with a large punch when it comes to quality and flavor. Filling and flavorful. The owner was very helpful in explaining the menu options, how everything is cooked, and what flavors to expect. When you walk in there are foods in the refrigerator and sweet treats to-go, or to stay. All drinks (including water) are separate purchases from the cooler. What was ordered: 1. The Beast Burger (with alternative sweet potatoes fries). The burger was topped with bacon, and brisket, Cooper cheese, and an add-on topping of banana peppers. The sweet and salty layered combo was perfection. I was so mad when I finished it, but I couldn't eat another bite even if I wanted to. Zzzzzzz 2. The Big Pig. Pulled pork and a healthy dose of coleslaw.
100% recommend. Easy to follow menu, quick ticket time, comfortable seating with elbow room, and love the support for local bakers in the area.

Doing a Google Search I found myself 7 miles away from the FirePit. The current reviews certainly attracted me to this place. We had the Brisket Burger and Platter and the Chicken Bites. Wow on all accounts absolutely Delicious. But the Prize of the Day or should I say Surprise, I am a sucker for Pirogies on a menu. It's like a meatball at an Italian restaurant. You have to try it. OMG, Everything here is homemade and these where no exception. They Where Light, Crispy Flakey and hot Creamy Potato filling. If you only can have one thing I'd order 3 orders of those!!!!! Also can't not mention the customer Service. The Owners run this place and it Shows!!!

Eat Here! In Scranton this is where you need to eat. The rating is the truth. Do yourself a favor. It is very cost effective also. I am in Scranton for the day and got done with meetings early. I looked for the highest rated place I could find and headed straight here. Well worth it. The food was really good and everyone here seemed to enjoy what they were eating. Lots of locals coming in and getting to go orders also. I challenge you to stop by and rate it for yourself.

Was on the way home from Cooperstown and made a pit stop here for dinner. What an awesome little shop! Plenty of food options for everyone to try. I chose the Italian hoagie and breaded zucchini sticks and both tasted wonderful! Plenty of meat filling in the sub and the zucchini sticks were as expected. Definitely recommend stopping to check out if you’re in the area. They have other options for desserts and drinks also!

We arrived at the Fire Pit- staff was very welcoming, walked us thru the specials and the famous brisket sandwich and other sandwiches. Lots to choose from and lots of fun extras like corn bread, muffins, and other treats! Great sides such as potato salads abs Cole slaw. The food came quickly and was perfectly hot! Everything tasted fresh and tender- amazing brisket and Philly cheese steak! Thank you for the wonderful lunch!
