Reservations are hard to get, especially on busy nights or for special occasions, but the experience is worth the wait.
Guests often start with drinks and receive a complimentary appetizer of beans, peppers, mozzarella cheese, and olives. The focaccia appetizer is a highlight, fresh, warm, and delicious. Main courses include the margarita pizza, which is excellent, and a variety of pasta dishes. One diner enjoyed a pork cheek pasta, another had pumpkin‑stuffed pasta, both dishes were outstanding and well‑prepared. A pine nut dessert is also a must‑try.
Anniversaries and Valentine’s Day are celebrated with care. On an anniversary, the staff surprised the couple with champagne and special plates, making the night memorable. On Valentine’s Day, a reservation was added halfway through the dinner, adding a pleasant surprise.
The waitstaff is efficient and respectful, serving drinks promptly and delivering food quickly, even during busy times. Overall, The Refinery offers excellent food, friendly service, and a fun dining experience that keeps guests coming back.
