I must admit that for this to be a truck stop, it is MUCH cleaner than other Wendy's in the area. There is consistent cleaning, and the facility itself is staffed enough to keep an even and calm flow of busy moving traffic. Thank you.

The bread is so stale it literally fell apart when I bit into it. The fries tastes like old oil and because it’s a truck stop all the prices are higher. Go literally anywhere else but here.

Extremely rude worker. Power goes out as my order is charged and processed. They took 20 minutes to do anything. When I asked about my food a worker was rude and said I can get a refund through the app. I placed my order in person.... I asked to speak to a manager and she was very rude about that too. After speaking to the manager she realized their mistake. She gladly gave my food. The manager was a perfect 10/10 the employee however was very rude.

Stop putting ice in my drink please, no ice means no ice, lite ice means lite. The worker she was outside having a smoke right at the door on her phone could at least wear a shirt that fits.
Told them I did not want pickles in my order. They proceed to put pickles in my order and take 20 minutes to make a burger. Then they take another 20 to make another burger without pickles and told me they had to throw out the one they made. Employees treated me poorly and had a bad attitude. I will definitely not be coming back to this Wendy’s.

What's the point of doing an order on line to pick up in the drive through we ordered 30mins prior and sat almost 20mins in the drive through line get to the window and the food is not even made..6 people in the back 3 looking at the screen..not FAST at all never ordering online from this place EVER AGAIN!!!
