This is the absolutely BEST Auntie Anne's ! The cinnamon sugar pretzel was soft, tasty, and covered with the perfect blend of cinnamon and sugar! The young lady that made them revived my love for these pretzels. Kudo's to her! I'll stop here again next time we're going by.

My wife & I just stopped at this rest stop. The manager (blue shirt) waited on my wife. When she asked for a pretzel after waiting behind one couple for 8 mins, he replied “no” and she responded that she would wait for one coming out of the oven. The manager barely worked / helped. The rockstar was Eveleen. Never stopped working and making pretzels and baking em while tending to dough mixer. Rock on Eveleen !!! Hopefully someone from Focus Foods sees this and trains Eveleen for manager.

Great pretzels!!
This place is a mess and has no management. They didn’t take card and only had 2 pretzels for sale with everything else sold out
Ran out of pretzels. Moody old lady refused to make more.

No menu posted. I have zero idea if they're open. Someone seems to be working at the place but not a single posted menu, no food ready. Weird
Don’t believe they are open anymore. If they are going to remain closed the service plaza needs to remove the signage for Auntie Ann’s.

If I spend almost $10 on two pretzel dogs, is it to much to ask for my pretzel to be cooked? It was so bad that I couldn't even get it out wrap without the pretzel falling apart. First time I ever got this quality food at an Auntie Ann's â€â™‚ï¸
The man working was strange and somewhat rude. The dips coast $1.49 and smelled like spoiled milk. The pretzels were burnt. Avoid this particular Auntie's Anne's restaurant at all cost.
Out of anything i wanted, wife wanted pretzel dog they said 20 minutes. First and last time at this chain
OK food, high prices. I was told I can wait 10 min for classic pretzel or get nuggets now, which I did. Some of them were a bit burnt, as was the pretzel dog. Employees were playing catch with one of their food items (hopefully it was discarded afterwards) while we sat a distance away.
Stale White bread dipped in sugar would be better then cinnamon bites, $14 thrown away. 8 min is site to get a pretzel.
