Nasty food!!! I ordered 4 tenders and they were hard, dry, cold and chewy!! No seasoning, just a tough strip of disgusting meat! This is my 2nd time trying tenders from here in years. I will never order chicken from here again. Only burgers. If I hadn’t already gotten too far on the pike, I would’ve turned around and gave it back to them for a refund.

Paid 45 dollars for 2 people and got cold fries, 3 piece chicken meal where we paid 3 dollars extra for white meat and instead of an extra breast got 2 wings that had no meat on them at all. Asked if we could exchange a wing and the boy at the counter said no even though they had plenty of breasts ready to go and no one else in the place. Just 2 weeks before at a different Roy Rogers the person at the counter gave us the pieces we requested. We asked the boy if we could get new fries he said no, and when that person went to the bathroom asked another person at the counter about the fries and she gladly got us new fries. Probably not going back again.

The old lady charged me for a large size and she quickly gave me a smaller size for my hard owned money. That attitude is very much bad. First and last
chicken and burgers bridged with niggachainAI whole rest stop ran by 6.2L V8 Supercharged hellcat engines you can buy $N2 through solana right at the register from the old lady 👵🏻

No roast beef???
Legalized highway robbery. Inflated food prices for a captive audience. Roy's used to be everywhere. After eating here, I know why they're gone. At least the fixin's appeared fresh.

Went inside to get fries during a quick break and was charmed by three young ladies behind the counter. Although I didn’t get their names, one young lady gave me such great customer service she even went as far as to pump the ketchup into my cup at the fixing station. 10 out of 10 experience would definitely go again.

They had combo meals advertised, but no clear way to order them. The food was ridiculously overpriced and not very good. The chicken tenders were okay, but definitely not worth the $15.

served us bacon (we cannot eat pork)
*this is lowkey the company’s fault for not showing photos of the chicken sandwiches with bacon in it, and not listing the ingredients, not the workers. however, we’d really appreciate some info from the workers?*
my family DOES NOT EAT PORK. we cannot consume it. not only do we observe these dietary restrictions in our culture, but we physically retch / have adapted an EXTREME taste aversion to it. this isn’t the first time that workers/companies have been grossly negligent to give us bacon (obviously we would make sure there wouldn’t be any bacon by asking the workers + also we always check ingredients and make sure there’s nothing we can’t eat in them).
it’s a little slot in a cafeteria, and doesn’t have a formal menu other than the one hanging overhead, but i even went to them after we got our food wasted (we had to eat in the car and open the food there because we have a DOG) AND they realized that there were no photos near the chicken section showing the bacon and also no ingredient list or asterisk showing bacon.
we would have realized earlier but because it was a takeout because we are traveling and have a dog, we realized only in the parking lot.
i didn’t have the luxury of being able to see the bacon in my sandwich. i was starved.
then my day got ruined! so make sure u ask to not put bacon
or dont come here at all while here.

I really would like to rate Roy Rogers higher but they continue to lacking offerings and their service leaves a lot to be desired for, even for a rest stop location.
Kiosks were not functioning properly and one had to order with cashier whom was the same person that would pack your food. Employee did not wash their hands in between tasks.
