Went inside to get fries during a quick break and was charmed by three young ladies behind the counter. Although I didn’t get their names, one young lady gave me such great customer service she even went as far as to pump the ketchup into my cup at the fixing station. 10 out of 10 experience would definitely go again.

They had combo meals advertised, but no clear way to order them. The food was ridiculously overpriced and not very good. The chicken tenders were okay, but definitely not worth the $15.

served us bacon (we cannot eat pork)
*this is lowkey the company’s fault for not showing photos of the chicken sandwiches with bacon in it, and not listing the ingredients, not the workers. however, we’d really appreciate some info from the workers?*
my family DOES NOT EAT PORK. we cannot consume it. not only do we observe these dietary restrictions in our culture, but we physically retch / have adapted an EXTREME taste aversion to it. this isn’t the first time that workers/companies have been grossly negligent to give us bacon (obviously we would make sure there wouldn’t be any bacon by asking the workers + also we always check ingredients and make sure there’s nothing we can’t eat in them).
it’s a little slot in a cafeteria, and doesn’t have a formal menu other than the one hanging overhead, but i even went to them after we got our food wasted (we had to eat in the car and open the food there because we have a DOG) AND they realized that there were no photos near the chicken section showing the bacon and also no ingredient list or asterisk showing bacon.
we would have realized earlier but because it was a takeout because we are traveling and have a dog, we realized only in the parking lot.
i didn’t have the luxury of being able to see the bacon in my sandwich. i was starved.
then my day got ruined! so make sure u ask to not put bacon
or dont come here at all while here.

I really would like to rate Roy Rogers higher but they continue to lacking offerings and their service leaves a lot to be desired for, even for a rest stop location.
Kiosks were not functioning properly and one had to order with cashier whom was the same person that would pack your food. Employee did not wash their hands in between tasks.

Stood at counter a good 15 minutes and woman at the counter didn't even acknowledge me even after looking right dead at me then continues to lean her elbows on her station where she was bagging food. I went to the bathroom and came back. I had to tell her that I needed to order. Terrible customer service. I am a truck driver I do not have time to have to stand there and wait 15-20 minutes for someone to take my order. I was about to walk out and go back out to my truck and just find something to eat in my truck. Only giving two stars because the food was good. Customer service seriously needs some work.

Employees are terrible. Attitude and messed up our order. Then gave more attitude when we asked for what we actually ordered. The mashed potatoes weren’t cooked right at all. My chicken slider is very spicy. I ordered not spicy. 24 July at 6pm. Consider hiring staff that can do the job.

Hadn't eaten at a Roy Rogers in a long time since there's none in my area. I always liked their fixins bar and they still have that. I had a spicy chicken sandwich and it was delicious. I added a lot of veggies. The coleslaw was actually pretty good too.

The chicken nuggets were spicy but it was not listed as spicy. This was the first time ordering chicken at Roy's. It's been a long time since my last visit to a Roy Roger's and I was disappointed to find only one roast beef sandwich on the menu. I ordered it and was unable to get on end of the sandwich into my mouth the meat was piled so high at that end. The meat tasted dried out and was not flavorful. The onion rings were great.

I was discriminated against in there. I asked does a biscuit come with a meal and I was told it didn’t so I ordered my meal and waited for them to bag it. While waiting 2 white women asked the same thing and the young lady said yes. When I asked her why does hers come with then and mines doesn’t she got mad and started basing me and over talking me trying to frustrate me but that’s not my character and I knew exactly what she was attempting to do. When I got a refund for my food she put the money in my hand instead of handing it to me like she did the other customers. She completely disregarded me saying thank you and turned her back to me while I said it. Her tone and facial expressions were aggressive and she was vary dismissive and disrespectful and purposely being overly respectful and tentative to the other customers. I’ve never experienced this and I was completely confused because I never raised my voice and I chose my words wisely so she wouldn’t get defensive. It happened 5-27-2025

As a bus driver with a group, I 'drove' into Roy Rogers for my first visit and was treated to a complimentary sandwich – a nice 'pit stop'!

Not much care for how tables were all dirty no Mac and cheese discontinued. Biscuit was a rock. Chicken was bland no real flavor. Never had this particular chain food before probably never will again
