I like Starbucks, but today I ordered a Green Tea Frappuccino and a young lady said that she washed already everything and she can’t make it.

We order two venti matcha lattes with sweet cream cold foam. We had no chance to even order our food before she told us the total and walked away. There was in fact no sweet cream cold foam but we were charge for it.

I don't usually "splurge" in fact I usually hit the 7/11 for coffee but today while traveling home I decided I wanted something particular I was thinking a Macchiato but not what Starbucks calls what I know is a Macchiato... thankfully the "barista" (Coffee Girl) Alix (Alice) was quite helpful in sorting me out with a particular drink I was looking for. Cool Spelling on the Name "Coffee Girl" you were so kind and patient with me thank you.

Cool under pressure. Just one person on staff taking mobile orders as well as managing a growing line while remaining friendly and congenial as we placed our order. She set expectations and did not allow the situation to get out of hand. I got my order quickly all things considered. Altogether I’m pretty impressed with how it shook out but reckon there’s a problem with staffing here.

Average and slow services Coffee was warm not hot. They kept forgetting to call out the orders as they were prepared so they sat there.
