Plains Burger King is by the best burger king in Wilkes-Barre. From breakfast to lunch the service and the food are very good. The breakfast staff are so friendly and very nice , the breakfast manager is always smiling, making you feel good when you walk in the morning and order your breakfast and she is always so pleasant. Also, their French fries are the best they have a lot of taste, and the salt is just right.
Never a bad experience at this BK. Friendly staff and hardly ever any errors in food order.

The most incompetent place I've ever been to. Screwed up 8 out of my last 10 orders. Very simple, two items off the value menu no ketchup or Mayo , every time both of them are on there ???? it's gotten so comical I keep coming back to see if they can start at least batting 500 / I only stop in the evenings, it's the evening staff.
