Closed? My kids had been asking to go to DQ forever. I was disappointed to find out it was closed. Luckily it's only a 30 minute drive to Clark's Summit if you can catch 81 north without traffic. It was our lucky day because there was no traffic!

Says open online. drive down and it’s closed. aside from that though, whenever I do go, they never have any of the good flavors that are like “new” or interesting. they are also very slow. -100/10

I ordered and my food arrived very quickly, the food had no issues we got right proportions and they also offered us free onion rings and cheese curds to try, the food was very good and customer service was excellent. I will visit this DQ again.
The service here is one of the worst that I’ve ever experienced and I’ve been to many Dairy Queen. Firstly, who never has chocolate sprinkles in stock? Secondly, go to the drive-through it took the guy three tries to get my order correct and all I ordered was a vanilla cone with sprinkles. The language barrier is ridiculous. Hey I understand these people need jobs but the guy made three mistakes getting my order it’s not like the company’s making any money off of those mistakes. Plus, the rate at which you will get your order it’s like they have a slug working there. You may as well give your order and come back an hour later for a small vanilla cone because that’s how long it’s gonna take ridiculous I won’t be back.

this location fails miserably every time. I just sat in the drive-through correcting the order for three things for 10 minutes and still managed to get the wrong thing in the wrong size cup then the girl at the counter copped and attitude because she didn’t wanna have to do her job They handed me the shake when the lid wasn’t accurately secured causing it to pop off and spill in the car. They didn’t even mix the ice cream. They did not supply us with the proper utensils at the drive-through window, I even left my product on the counter and walked out after I had revived my order at the drive thru. The service here is awful. The quality is even worse.

No love in the building furniture falling apart, counter molding is non existent, ice cream display case is reading 38degrees but cakes and ice cream bars are in back they don’t tip blizzard food was ok
