Went through drive thru at 7:45 this morning and ordered extra lg. coffee black and turkey sausage w egg and cheese on everything bagel. When I got to work I noticed I had a lg. coffee w 5 cream and 5 sugars. Just went to eat my sandwich for lunch and it turned out to be 2 Boston Creme donuts. Usually the service at this location is very good.

I drive a lifted Jeep Wrangler, and apparently this establishment uses a sensor that looks right under the vehicle as the owner of this establishment I would fix that. My vehicle profile is your problem, not mine.
This is what you get when you ask for less ice at Dunkin Donuts. They dont fill the cup up and you get about 3-5 sips before the whole drink is gone. Dont forget that they forget to give you the whole order the first time around. My advice is to not get drinks at Dunkin, they charge about a dollar per sip apparently. Not worth the money at all. Food is alright.

Go here everyday, no problems. Wonderful staff. Sometimes your items are rushed as its a busy store. So you may not get exacly what you asked for.

This is my number one take away breakfast-coffee place. I kept their plastic glass (that sounds funny) and taking my coffee in this glass every morning at work.

Very clean inside. Always order through app and pick up at drive thru. Better to go in morning, by late afternoon limited amount of donuts. Love the coffee and employees are super friendly...love the spirited attitudes.

No issues with food. But for whatever reason, every other day they make my coffee wrong.
I always order it the same every morning but sometimes its great and other times its like, did you even put sugar in this?
Has been happening for months now, not sure what happened but probably a training issue.

I went in today to order several items. No one was in the drive thru at the time, I was being polite, or so I thought, by going inside to order being I was ordering several things. I stood and waited for 5 minutes and the employees ignored me. They were now waiting on drive thru orders. I watched the manager (I’m assuming owner from the way he spoke to me later) snap at the female employee in a narcissistic manner (I can say this as I’m a licensed professional). I politely asked if I needed to go through the drive thru to be waited on as they were waiting on the drive through. I was snapped at by the manager/owner and he pointed to a sign that said “If you’d Ordered online you could be sippin’ already.” He told me Dunkin’s policy is to wait on those who order online first. I told him no Dunkin I have ever been to has ever ignored customers to wait on the drive thru this long and that being this close to the hospital, he should be thoughtful of what people are going through as they are near the hospital. He said their rule is their rule and he would get to me when he could. He finally waited on me and gave me an attitude the entire time. I waited and waited for my order and someone came in and stood there and I turned and told them that they are better off ordering online as that’s what I was told and the man’s/owner began yelling at me and threatening me. I told him that I would like my food and I would leave. He continued to not have his staff make my food. I finally got it, thanked him and said next time, it would be nice for them to consider people who just took a parent off life support and needing to get back to the hospital who have been at the hospital all night and left for food. I told him I am calling corporate for his behavior-but I also wanted to let people know-stay away from this location!
