You have a pathetic manager who never wants to come in and cover shifts for people who work their asses off and god forbid an actual situation happens and she Doesn’t wanna work a shift. I’m so over the environment in that place! These workers are attacking other coworkers in front of customers.. and i come here regularly like every day, the food and drinks great. The service from only two ONLY TWO Dunkin staff is amazing and make sure the drinks are great and food is amazing they also make sure you’re feeling welcomed. I have never seen some rude coworkers at a Dunkin till now and a manger who can’t manger their staff the right way.

A really nice gentleman that works here in the early morning shift gave me SUPERIOR Customer service, made my drink PERFECT (hot matcha) and even helped me out with my order.. he was the only one working at that time in the morning and he was up and ready and friendly service, and fast paced. God bless him. I had just lost my wallet and was having a bad day. He made it better.. thank you 🙏 (And yes! I did pay for my meal although I had lost my wallet) (He wasn't giving out anything free) (Just wanted to add that 😊)

Beautiful, and I mean beautiful, outdoor landscaping that just invites you in. Lovely architecture and an open feel to the place inside. I ordered an iced coffee and avocado toast topped with bacon—coffee wasn’t overly sweet and I didn’t have to go back and ask for the bacon I ordered. Kind people, efficient service, and CLEAN, fragrant bathrooms. Probably one of the nicest Dunkin’s I’ve been to in a while. Kudos :)

I had ordered a medium refresher because I had a coupon for $3 one. So they made a large and I heard a tall blonde through the window after the person told them it was supposed to be a medium say well you get a large so get over it with the f word I just think that's rude and not a good customer service attitude to have.

This location is my one and only. My macchiato is always made to perfection and the atmosphere is amazing. All of the ladies and gents know exactly who I am when I walk in the door.. there are times where I don’t even need to place an order.I read one of the other reviews complaining about the talking and the laughing and in my opinion that’s refreshing. They are at work and enjoying themselves which a lot of people can’t say they do. This will forever be my favorite Dunkin it is amazing!
