Purrfect Mugs Cat Cafe

I was there yesterday with 4 preteens girls who had an absolute blast. Staff was BEYOND accommodating! The place was clean and smelled great. Staff was friendly and engaged in conversation with me multiple times. we all got dirty sodas and they were delicious! Will defiantly be returning again.

My friend had made an appointment for 12:00. When I went to also book the appointment at the same time, it wouldn’t let me. I had called and spoke with a very rude lady on the phone. I asked if we could either change the time or get a refund. She told me it had to be 24 hours in advance. I tried to explain that we had just booked the appointment this morning. She told me there’s nothing they can do, so now there up $20, and we don’t even get to come adopt a cat. You lost 2 customers that were planning to adopt because of your customer service and inability to accommodate your customers. Highly do not recommended, customer service:0 starts.

Workers were so sweet and so were the kitties! Reasonable pricing, adorable gift shop and yummy coffee!! So many cats to pet and play with, and most were up for adoption!! :)

Went this past week apart of a trip up to the Wilkes-Barre area. I CANNOT recommend Purrfect Mufs Cat Cafe enough! The staff are so friendly and sweet, the coffee is absolutely delicious, and of course the stars of the show, the cats, are all so sweet and loving. The Cat Den is set up so well for all the cats and it's just a lovely homey experience. 10000/10.

This place is always clean and the staff is wonderful! It’s a great time to meet some local adoptable cats while enjoying some delicious coffee. Would highly recommend!

Such an adorable place! They give the cats a great home until they get adopted ?
