I visited this establishment and the worker was a taller skinny kid and he didn’t come out for like a minute or so but he was in the back talking on the phone and it didn’t sound like his conversation wasn’t at all about subway! He was very rude I shall say. His service was one of the worst I've Ever gotten at a subway. It seemed like he didn’t want to do the job. He lost your business from me again.

Service was excellent but I was very surprised that this owner does not accept clipper magazine coupons I had a coupon to get a footlong for 599 and the girl said he no longer accepts any coupons so I paid full price $8.89 for a BMT not a bad price but every once in awhile a coupon is nice to use.

Placed online order for 2 subs and 5 chocolate chip cookies for pick up. Get home and all the cookies are broken and 1 chocolate chip. Call and explain what happens and ask for refund! Girl says, did you get any chocolate chip I say one and ask what does that matter if they all the rest are wrong. In a rude manner she says, “ ALL I CAN DO IS ISSUE A REFUND OR YOU CAN WAIT FOR A MANGER!I respond the same way saying, that’s what I just said and then she yells, “you’re yelling at a teenager! Umm excuse me teenager or not you don’t get to be rude to customers and think you won’t get the same attitude. As a teenager customer service is still necessary
I've never had a issue at this subway until today. I went in for a meatball sub , the meatballs were still cooking. She told me 15 mins , so I said ok & waited in my car. Went back in asked how much longer, she said 6 mins. So I sat inside & played on my phone while I waited. I heard the microwave beep , I heard her take them out & put them in the container , I waited. She never said anything to me I waited 5 more mins before I went looking for her. I said excuse me noone came out , said it again a gentlemen came from behind the counter & I said was she going to let me know the meatballs were done, he said well do u want a hoagie , I said no I want to know why she didn't tell me. She came out with a attitude & said she didn't say anything bc I was on my phone. I said all u had to do was say excuse me they're done. I've already been there a half hr , don't want to spend my whole day at subway. She was very rude , never apologized was very condescending. I asked who was the manager she said she's not here , I said ok well what's her name and when will she be here. Wouldn't tell me her name , wouldn't tell me when she would be in. She was so rude had no customer service and I don't appreciate how I was treated!!
