The rudest people I have ever experienced at a drive thru. I usually stop here twice a week but not anymore.

They were friendly but my first coffee had toasted almond cream cold foam and Splenda the only thing they put in it was cream I went back and the second time they only put the cream and cold foam then who ever is brewing the coffee isn’t brewing it correctly or isn’t mixing it when it’s done because it was watered down to the point it was just cream and water.

Today was my first time going there and I won’t be going back!!!!! They first made me pull up while taking the six cars behind me! Then the girl comes out with my food ten mins after the fact. She hands me my food and I go excuse me where are my donuts? She said I have to go back inside I told her I didn’t even get all what I ordered so then she gets an attitude then takes my receipt. When I got home, all of the 7 orders of hashbrowns I ordered, were frozen!!! This is the worst DUNKIN I have ever been to! I called manager and she hung up on me! I will be calling Corporate tomorrow to report this to upper management! Terrible food and service and I will never ever go there again!!!

Well its just a drive thru but the workers seem very sweet. I'm so glad it's open cuz now I can grab my coffee and donut When I get off work in the mornings.

Doughnuts are stale and hardly have any in the cases no variety at all. Terrible waste of money

I love Dunkin’ Donuts. I always get a large decaf, hot coffee with almond milk and butter pecan swirl, which is amazing and I apple fritter that they changed and they actually put the apple filling in it now and it’s bigger, which is good and I get it warmed up taste so good service is always fast and there are friendly

Don’t know why they don’t have 5 stars. Excellent customer service always, even when they mess up the order. Best sweet tea, unlike the other ones around the area; perfect amount of sugar, always freshly brewed. Everytime I visit any Dunkin’ Donuts I tell them to make my hashbrowns fresh; I don’t even need to tell them anymore to do so, it is always done. Freshest hashbrowns, they never served me hashbrowns that you can tell were obviously sitting for a couple minutes. I appreciate all the workers. Thank you Dunkin! I am always pleased with this location.

So why doesn't Dunkin Donuts not have donuts? Went there several times and they were sold out of all but one not very apetizing type. Left 3 times so far empty handed. Only went because our 6 year old wanted a treat. Won't be back
