So why doesn't Dunkin Donuts not have donuts? Went there several times and they were sold out of all but one not very apetizing type. Left 3 times so far empty handed. Only went because our 6 year old wanted a treat. Won't be back

the girls that were working this afternoon were awesome! The line was super long and it seemed like they were short staffed. I could see those girls running around getting everything ready from the window. I’m sure they don’t hear enough that they are doing great! Our drinks were delicious as always and the girls were so sweet even though it was insanely busy.
Stood at counter to order. Multiple employees walked up to counter or by counter and didn't even acknowledge me. At least say, I'll be with you in a minute. Rude in my opinion

The Dunkin' Donuts on Route 51 in Pleasant Hills is generally clean, and the quality of the food is about what you’d expect from any Dunkin'. They aren’t better or worse than other locations. However, if you’re looking for donuts, be sure to get there early—they tend to run out quickly. I was leaning toward giving them four stars, but I went with three because the building layout, especially with the drive-thru, is pretty challenging. It's tight, and if you're not careful, you might scuff your rims.

I usually like my Cold Brew dark and only get one cream, but this Dunkin' consistently adds too much cream, making my coffee look like milk. It's frustrating since I'm paying for a drink made to my preferences. I hope they start paying more attention to the labels and make the drinks correctly.

Every time I go to this location, I always get different employees, one in particular I’ve had plenty of times likes to hand me my coffee with 2 fingers which is HOT by the way, and lackadaisically hands me my change every single time. One of these days she’s gonna drop my coffee and it’s going to burn my hand! Do better
