I am waiting in line to see the Savana Bannans however no one in line is getting in only the people bypassing the line. This event was horribly organized. It started at 9 and as of 9:30 the line has not mover but people have walked past us with signed merchandise

Love this Dunkin location. The second window for orders that take long at the drive through is something ALL Dunkin locations should do. It is a great idea for the people who are just there to grab a drink and don’t want to wait for someone to order 4 dozen donuts and 8 breakfast sandwiches via the drive through.

I use the drive through at this location almost every day before work and I have had no issues with the staff at all. Everyone is friendly and they move the drive through along quickly.

The inept gentleman did not have access to any cash register and this was unable to take orders; effectively rendering the store closed. When this gentleman made a plea to the manager watching this calamity unfold; she shrugged her shoulders and went back to her texting.

I just ordered two refresher drinks at the drive-thru - no flavor at all in either of them. I’m not sure if they didn’t use lemonade, but that’s at least the third time that’s happened. They need to do better for the price of these drinks. I’ll drive further and pay the extra money to go to Starbucks next time.

I enjoy the coffee and the breakfast choices! The atmosphere is noisy, the music is too loud. You have to talk loud to hear or be heard, which adds to the noise. The tables are never wiped off when someone leaves them. You are eating on top of everyone's crumbs! I have always had to wipe a table off and that isn't sanitary! I cover the area with napkins!

I went in there to purchase gift cards and the person working the counter was making drinks for drive through for twenty minutes never acknowledging me or anyone else. He was complaining about making the drinks. So I went to someone else over where you pick up your order and they would not help me either. No one was working the counter so I l left. Terrible service and bad coffee.

Jayden helped me with an issue that i had with my order. He took his time, was very calm, helpful and jumped through hoops to get everything right. This was all while they were slammed. To keep your composure and still deliver that kind of customer service is impressive non existent in this world today. Thank you
