It was early Sunday afternoon and we ordered on the app to pick up in the store. There were four employees in the store and we were the only customers. No one greeted us or even made eye contact. They were acting busy and running to the store back, but ignoring us. There were no bags on the pick-up rack so we assumed they were still filling our order. We tried to get their attention, but they still ignored us. Finally, after we had twitched around saying, "excuse me" but being ignored for about ten minutes we managed to attract someone's attention and asked for our food. They said (as if we were idiots and couldn't read the signage) "mobile orders are on the rack." We indicated that there WASN'T ANYTHING on the rack. Someone found the bag with half of our (now cold, hence only a generous 3 stars) order behind the counter and handed it to us, but we had to tell them there should have been donuts too (now who is acting like they can't read the order slip?) We finally got our food after 15 minutes or so of rudeness and inefficiency. We're unlikely to go back to that location and would have left without getting anything if we hadn't already paid for the food. Not at all the usual friendly dunkin experience. Why were four employees so "busy" without customers? Are they using this location for another less than legal purpose? TLDR: no donut is worth rudeness.

The donuts definitely need more filling. It is highly disappointing to order a cream filled donut, and have only 2 teeny tiny bites of cream inside. I understand the workers open at 4am. Also, the past few times I've been in, the cashier girl has gotten my drink order wrong. The best part about this branch are the breakfast sandwiches, and also the service is usually pretty quick. The 1 cashier needs to be more familiar with the drinks that are literally listed on the app.

Preordered the day before so we could have donuts picked up at 8:30 making them well aware of it. Waited over 30+ minutes for our order they knew about 12+ hours in advance! They were rude and upset about the order they knew about! Will be taking the large orders to another establishment from now on!

They just remodeled and I think it looks better than the old one. Their staff is also amazing and super kind. There food it like every other dunkin (so good)

I would honestly go to another Dunkin this place has gone down hill. I ordered and then was treated with disrespect when I told them they got my order wrong at the window! If you are having a bad day or don’t like your job maybe work somewhere else!
