I would like to thank four wonderful workers today. They were in such a good mood, and their bubbly personalities shined through to customers in the nicest way—everyone was smiling! I came in around 12:30 to get two sandwiches for my husband and me, and I was so impressed with the service.

Went to this location 2 different times recently and both times there is NO way their bread is made FRESH Daily! Especially today’s sandwich, the bread was so stale! It costs way too much for that kind of food.
Waited 45 minutes to get my order Friday night. Got home to find out I had a basic plain hoagie instead of a Jersey Mike's Big Kahuana. Called and reported. They credited me a new order the next day at noon. They had a attitude of denial. The food was still not prepared right. Review the fist picture. Requesting proper training in costumer relations and food preparation.

First they just assumed they knew what size I wanted instead of asking. Then I added lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles and they didn't bother to put any pickles on the sandwich. I paid twice as much as I would have at other sub places for subpar service.
