Absolutely ridiculous. $30 for two sandwiches. Made wrong twice. I’ll never come back here. Whoever the manager of this location is needs to educate their employees on customer service. Awful experience. I’ve worked in food service for over a decade. I’ve never seen someone try to pull tomato off a sandwich right in front of me after making it wrong for the second time. No apology just an attitude.

I never write reviews until today, went to this location for the first time in a couple months and, let me say food was great. Customer service was great by the 3 youngish looking men. Although something needs addressed with the management, I was trying to decide on what to order and a taller skinnier guy was rushing me around when I told him give me a minute to decide, felt uncomfortable I won’t be back. He was Rushing around. nobody understanding a word he was saying, someone tell him to relax. I’ll stick to Bethel park.

The last time I went to Jersey Mike’s was about 6-7 years ago in Virginia. I decided to give it a go again for the first time in quite a while and I was not disappointed. The food was significantly better than I remembered, this restaurant was extremely clean, and the customer service might have been the best I have EVER encountered in a restaurant; specifically from one individual named Reshod that went SIGNIFICANTLY above and beyond from the moment I ordered to the moment I left the building. I’ll be going back to that location for Reshod‘s service alone. I hope his manager knows how good of an employee he has there!

Ordered a turkey and provolone to go, asked for its Mike's way. Was not paying attention to the sandwich as I was paying. Got home without it being prepared the way I requested.

Been going to this Jersey Mike for a while first time dealing with active manager. Very rude young lady don’t make eye contact or speak to costumers while she supposed to be taking orders. Even took the people behind me order before mines. I’m MBA student and that’s terrible business. I’m layoff this place for a while. I encourage others to do the same.
