Once again order was wrong. Didn't include items paid for at drive thru. And the coke here, is not coke. Get the mixture right. Management here is not managing at all. One of the worst Mc D around. Steer clear.

My husband and I stopped at McDonald's. We went in and ordered from the Kiosk and waited for our food to be done. We only waited maybe 5 mins and everything was done! We got our food and went and sat down! We were eating and we had to leave it was so hot in there! We went to the car and ate! Everything was hot and fresh! I'm not sure if they had an air conditioning issue or not but my husband and I were sweating sitting there for 5 minutes! I would recommend picking up food from this location!

Today, they were a well oiled machine. It was the peak of lunch on a Saturday. There were a lot of people eating and in drive through but I had nearly no wait. And the food was all hot and delicious. Drinks weren't right, but that's small potatoes. Still a great experience. To all the staff working, thank you for your efforts today.

Got drive thru for lunch. Vanilla milkshakes are AMAZING! The ones from the Lebanon Church Rd are completely liquid. No thickness to them at all. You definitely need to go to the Route 51 location in order to get the best around.

Lines are long. Sometimes they skip you in line. Occasionally the customer service rep is rude when the code for the app doesn't work. My daughter does enjoy their food though.

Stood in line for ten minutes while the staff was in the back dancing and cheering. Run the cameras for around 4:30pm 9/232024. Also didn’t receive one of my mcchockens for order number 186. I expect a call or email from the manager of the store. This has happened multiple times and needs to be addressed. Maybe a new crew.

On a chilly Friday, the 13th, my companion and I decided to adventure out, for a craving of the “I’m Loving It” chickie nuggets. During our journey in the drive thru, Elijah was the kindest and most wonderful and supporting employee I’ve ever met. He made me smile, and he deserves a raise. Also, he only works Fridays and Sundays. I’ll be back.
