My Mom and I went for dinner. They were out of everything and had to change our order a couple times. No soda, the machine was broken. Name was never called to pick up the order. Then we ate. My Mom's "hot" sandwich was not hot and the cheese was hardly melted. My soup and chili bowls were filled only halfway. My chili looked like it had been sitting from the morning. The cashier was friendly though. We are definitely not going to this location again!

I placed a rapid pickup order on the app. I ordered a cappuccino and a coconut macaroon. My order was ready in less than ten minutes. The inside of the restaurant was clean and calm. My items were waiting on the shelf for me when I walked in. No issues. Would order from here again. Their cappuccino is very good fyi. I'm kind of a cappuccino snob and I was impressed with theirs lol. Their coconut macaroons are awesome too.

Had the new Chicken Bacon Rancher today. Although tasty, you are basically getting bread with ranch dressing. The chicken is almost non- existent, not sure if this is the norm or the store did not bother to put it on. If it's the norm, it is not worth the money.

The worst experience at Panera. I drove miles for a green smoothie but they said they ran out of the ingredients to make it. I ordered a chicken sandwich to go.and they never called my name to let me know it was ready.. The sandwich was horrible more onions on it than chicken.
