The lady working was nice and the service was fine. Had I tried the lemonade there maybe they'd have done something about it. But I swear the blueberry lavender lemonade had like fermented, it was awful. Bought two of them and when I got home, each of us took a single drink and threw them away. The soup and bread were fine though.

I’m sorry I can understand if Avacados aren’t in season but don’t put a black one on my sandwich just leave it off. I went up and asked for a new piece and was handed the skin and all, that one was brown also. I ordered this same sandwich from a different location 2 days ago and it was great. This one turned my stomach and I just threw it all away. This location is declining.

Panera will always be a go to place for my daughter and I! Comfort food but healthier versions. Love the you pick two so we can mix it up and also the way they are constantly adding new things to try. Also love the seasonal aspect of a lot of their choices. From coffee and tea to breakfast or lunch to great desserts, you can beat Panera. It's a little pricey, but quality ingredients and healthier options are worth it!!

Family feast is usually 5 star. Today received a lettuce, tomato sandwich that should have been their chicken salad sandwich. If we wanted another salad we would have ordered one. Coffees were half filled. Only about half the normal turkey breast on those sandwiches as well. Broccoli cheese soup was missing. We order this frequently for pick up & delivery. Not sure who made our sandwiches & packed order. They either need retrained, reprimanded for not wanting to restock items or footage reviewed for theft.

I am giving Panera Bread a three-star review because they did not cut the bread bowl and they messed up one of the sides. If we do not demand excellence, things like this will continue to happen from these big corporations that don't care about the little guy or gal Speak up and demand with your dollars

Workers were yelling that they need to stop taking orders, it was an hour before they even closed. They were rude to customers. The manager stood right by the front counter wiping things down while talking very rudely out loud about customers. My parents ordered the same exact sandwich, they were both on different breads. All 3 of our sandwiches were what looked like they just quite literally threw the stuff on the bread and put it on the plate. I was given a dirty spoon for my soup and when asked very nicely for a clean one she grabbed another one with a dirty glove and got stuff on that one then also. I cleaned it off on my own, wasn't anywhere near worth asking for another one. This is my first time coming here in a while, used to go a lot and everything was always amazing. Things definitely changed SO much.

I ordered a You pick 2. Broccoli cheddar soup and a new strawberry chicken salad. My salad did not have 1 piece of chicken in it!!! Wtf!
