Place has been closed for years but Google maps won't acknowledge it

Good quality food, casual, very reasonably priced. I personally enjoy their distinctive thin smushed style burgers, ultra thin fries, and variety of milkshakes. I found the staff at this location friendly and attentive, restrooms were well maintained.

The pictures make it seem better than what this places is. The shakes were good. My portobello mushroom burger was burnt with my burger cut in half to put the cheese in between it and my fries were still frozen. Really!? My server was awesome and sweet, but the cook in the back was terrible! Won't go back ever to a Steak 'n Shake.

They've really gotten better. I moved here about 5 years ago, tried this location out, and they were terrible. Rude employees and such. I stopped by here two nights ago to pick up a food delivery order, and the employees that were working were really nice. They made the food when I got there, meaning it was fresh and hadn't been sitting while I drove there to pick up the order. Then last night, I stopped by to pick up another order. The workers were a different set of employees, but they again made the order fresh.Late night they seem to not be that busy. It could be because they haven't been 24 hours for that long. I was told they changed to 24 hours a couple months ago.

Waited 10 minutes. Never was asked to be seated. There were 3 other customers there. I askes to be seated and was told they were busy ans be back in a minute. Employees cared more about chatting than seating us. Was like that the last time we were there. Extremely rude people that work there. Kids love it. But never will go again. NEVER

Not a very good experience.1. I had to wait at least 10 minutes before an employee came to me.2. The iced tea was warm.3. The chili was warm.4. The hamburger was warm.5. The fries were cold.There was absolutely no reason for ANY of those things to happen because the place was only have full! They either have a bad crew or a bad manager. Or, BOTH.This used to be a great restaurant. Not anymore.

Im sad the whole franchise is closing, but this particular Steak and Shake was terrible. Understaffed so that lead to unholy wait times, constant fumbling with orders, food getting cold, and all around negative atmosphere.

The staff gives awful service no one seemed ready to serve us. Needs to be cleaned. Zoe is the only good server. Asof April 19 2019 I saw it was closed.

Just got food to go .. thanks for serving us burnt burgers and pattie melt .. nice to know you don’t care about your customers ! Don’t waste your time here ..this place thinks they have the right to take your money and serve you garbage

Attempted to eat here last night. Waited at the 'please wait to be seated' sign while the staff kinda just... stared... awkwardly and silently.

The only reason why i gave 1 star is. Waited to be seated and no clean tables. While only one person working there butt off and the others just standing around talking.. Beside that nice place to go to.
