We waited like ten minutes and the employees were so rude.

Terrible experience. I picked my dad up ice cream when he had covid. $15 for 3 scoops of Hersey’s ice cream, not even homemade ice cream is ludicrous. I was shocked when the employee told me the price. Owned by the pizza shop owners next door so it’s super hot. Will never go again. 1/10. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.

I went there with my wife and everything was delicious and the service was great too. Their fudge sundae is my favorite but I got the strawberry crepe and it was great.

The ice cream was good but this place is so dirty! We grabbed a napkin and there was something blue in between the napkins. Not sure if it was ice cream or gum. The floors and all the surfaces are filthy. I’m glad we were just getting ice cream and nothing more.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! "The Allegheny County Health Department has issued a consumer alert for the Italian Village Pizza-Shake Shack on Old Clairton Road in Pleasant Hills for numerous health violations" (patch.com). Mold, no hand washing, food storage too warm, food that expired in 2018, and ready-to-eat foods had no expiration dates.

This place is extremely dirty. The floors around the ice cream are disgusting. The bathrooms are also dirty with no changing table and no paper towels. The pizza next door is good but I just worry about cleanliness.
