I’m a manager at Pleasant Unity pizza and just want to respond on my personal account to the one star review left by Danse Macabre….. our recorded statement at the start of our phone call states that all calls are monitored and recorded. If you’re uncomfortable with that, simply order online. Upon listening to the recording, you had in fact ordered TWO pizzas and you were told a price. However, we kindly still REFUNDED you the pizza you accidentally ordered. So we did in fact care to be kind enough to take a loss on your mistake and reassure you multiple phone calls you were being refunded. You know what I “absolutely hate”? People that give dishonest bad reviews. So please, don’t come back. Have a great evening Jennifer!

We order here often. Although tonight I had a pleasantly unexpected kindness. I ordered on the app and arrived on time to pick up…normally I’ll deliver but today I decided not to (because funds are tight and a tip wasn’t feasible). They were packed in house and clearly had many orders coming in and out as phones were ringing and box’s and pizza were piling up. They could not find my order, but were sure they made it and assumed it got snagged for delivery. Immediately they told me they’d refund me and have another ready in 10 min. I waited and honestly with how busy they were I didn’t intend to insist on the refund. They brought it out to me where I was waiting and I took it and headed out and figured I wasn’t asking about a refund. I was just thankful it didn’t take too long because the family was hungry. When I got in my car, the Pleasant Unity Pizza app alerted me that I had been refunded!! I am grateful that they are so respectable. For that, I will always return here. Plus WE LOVE THEIR FOOD! Top faves: Italian sub and steak sub, White Pizza, Pierogi Pizza, Buffalo Ranch Chicken Pizza, Taco Pizza, pretty much all their pizza😆Wings Breaded zucchini Hot cheese balls Anyways, thank you PU Pizza!!

Food quality is going downhill. We have loved this pizza for years because it was saucy, cheesy and full of toppings. But, for months now, every time we order for the last several times, there's barely any cheese and very, very little toppings. It is basically sauce on dough. It's sad because we LOVED this shop and supported their business frequently, but going forward, we won't be returning customers due to the lack in quality of their product. There are many other pizza shops that will serve a quality product that I can support. I hope they use this review to fix the issues because I would hate to see the business fail due to losing customers that are displeased with the products being served.
