Horrible experience bad customer service made my drinks like crap and when i asked for a refund they denied it (Which is illegal) saying i always ask for refunds when i have only done a refund once before Which was a year ago which is fine because i will dispute them with my bank. Also found disgusting hair all over one of my bagels? They are horrible and know nothing about cleanliness.

Their customer service is absolutely disgusting. Me and my boyfriend mobile ordered and got our drinks, they were both made wrong with no flavoring added and no sugar, just black coffee with milk. My boyfriend asked them to remake both drinks, they remade mine but refused to remake his so he asked for a refund instead which they then denied and claimed that he “always asks for refunds on drinks made perfectly fine” we have been to this location literally 2 other times and he got a refund ONE time, a year ago because they blatantly put regular milk in his drink when he specifically told them he has a dairy allergy and had refused to remake it. They mess up drinks every single time and they’re rude and can barely even understand English. We don’t do this “all the time” as they claimed it was one other time a year and a half ago, maybe instead of being disrespectful and yelling at customers they should take an English course so they can speak properly

Just your basic DD, coffee was good, made just as ordered with requested amount of cream and sugar, decent breakfast sandwich.
Place was clean and staff were friendly and helpful, also the bathroom was clean.

Ive been coming here recently and placing mobile orders, everyone is nice and very kind. But every time I place an order somehow theres always something wrong with it or it's missing something. Every. Single. Time.

placed a mobile order (7:15pm) got there 7:18, and the lady in the drive thru (Alejandra) said they were closed and she cant make my drink because she closed the store and she refused to give me any refund via cash or mobile. Online they said they closed at 8 so i’m not sure why she refused to make my drink or give a refund. she refused to give me any number to contact for a refund either. please just go somewhere else. they make up their own hours and decide to rob customers of their money

They’re supposed to open at 6:00 am not only are they constantly not open but they’ll see you standing outside with some of their employees only just showing up and still make you wait several minutes before opening doors

The manager is extremely friendly and nails my order correctly everyday. By far the most consistent dunkin around

They never have donuts, I mean swore this place was a donut place. And the new kid taking orders is rude and short with people.

Donuts from here always look like this. Always icing side down and coffee is incomprehendibly nasty. There really is no excuse to pass this off to customers. Dont want a refund or replacement never going to dunkin again in general.

Ordered on the app for pickup and when I got there they were closed an hour before they said they were going to close. Weird that google said it was open and the app let me order when the store was closed. Hopefully they change the times or keep the store open till when it says so. Don’t recommend ordering on the app for here:/

The food was great but the air conditioning was so freezing. So we went back in the car to eat.

This is one of the ''good'' Dunkins. If you know you know. The coffee is always consistent, they don't run out of many things, and the service is good. I normally do the drive thru, but the inside is really nice as well.
