Celebrated two birthdays here tonight. Overall, food was just okay - two dishes were good, two were fair. Scallops were very salty, chicken pot pie and burger were good, the added chicken in my stroganoff was rubbery (overcooked?). Service was very good but we didn't come here for the service. Unfortunately, we left unimpressed and not sure about returning anytime soon.

We all enjoyed Sunday brunch at Plumbsteadville Inn. We eat here first brunch about 3 times a year. The food, service and ambiance are always excellent! Definitely worth the drive!

My husband and I are never disappointed with a dinner at the Plumsteadville Inn. Matt and Jason go out of their way to make every diner feel comfortable and appreciated for being there. Our server, Jenna, was terrific and even though the restaurant was packed, she delivered in a timely, kind and professional manner. Plumstead township is very fortunate to have this establishment in our backyard. Stop by sometime and be sure to try the chicken croquettes!!!

The Plum is one of our forever favorites. Even on a bustling night, our dishes zoomed out so fast I half-expected to see the chef land from orbit. The lamb lollipops arrived perfectly grilled, smug with confidence. The pappardelle in its burgundy mushroom cloak cozied right up to the chops like they were plotting something delicious. The chicken croquette awakened the tiny Japanese girl who lives in a quiet corner of my appetite, and she immediately started clapping. Then came the apple strudel, delicate as a whispering pastry spirit. Our waitress, Linda and other server staff waited on us with such enthusiasm and friendliness. And this is not the fancy Vetri Cucina.

We have had many good meals here but last night the food wasn't the greatest. The prime rib had a lot of fat. The potato pancakes were tasteless. . Wish baked potato was still an option. The salmon was very good.

Great local spot, good food, quality in all aspects. Beer list could be better but it is adequate.

My family and I absolutely love the Sunday brunch. I live in Virginia but visit family every month in PA and make plans to visit the Inn for brunch monthly. The food is varied and delicious and I especially love the different signature dishes. The service is top notch and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a wonderful Sunday brunch.

Dined in this evening… haven’t been there for about a year but we used to go there monthly.. we were very impressed with the amazing manager who was working his butt off right alongside his servers- pitching in whereever he was needed….. we will go again…. Food good, service excellent, cocktails excellent!!

I can only comment on the Sunday brunch at the Plumsteadville Inn restaurant, Plumsteadville, PA, which was outstanding. There was so much variety and all was quite delicious. All was elegantly displayed including the chocolate fountain. You will not go away hungry. The decor reflected the Inn’s history and was quite interesting. Highly recommended.

My wife and I recently moved to the area and have already become regulars at The Plumstead Inn. We’ve dined in twice and ordered takeout at least five times, including today.

Our go-to order is the pretzels with cheese sauce—honestly, they’re like a bigger, better version of Auntie Anne’s pretzels—and the Southwest Flatbread, which never disappoints.

The food is consistently amazing, but what really stands out is the service. Our hostess today was so sweet and professional. We had a $15 off takeout coupon from a welcome mailer, but she wasn’t able to apply it this time. She tried her best to make it work, and we appreciated her effort—no hard feelings at all, we’ll just save it for next time!

The Plumstead Inn is a gem, and we can’t wait to keep coming back with friends and family. Highly recommend.

I just had my daughters' baby shower in the large upstairs room and it was one of the best experiences that I ever had. Our two servers, Ava and Janel were absolutely wonderful! They were so helpful and on top of everything. Thank you for making our day so special!

We went to the restaurant to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary and it was a great meal! I had the Jager Schnitzel (see photo) and Phil had the French Dip sandwich and the portions were huge. Jenna was an awesome server and very attentive, despite the fact that they were very busy! We will be back!
