The staff was very nice and since I was in a group of 10 we even got a little separated room from the rest of the dining room. The food was also very good and flavorful!

Very Disappointed

Is this bidonomics or greed? I used to love this place…what’s happening here with the Price Increase? $22.36 for 2 pints of Hofbrau and a basket of warmed up french fries, not even fresh, like warmed up from lunch time? Terrible. Before getting the bill, I laid down a 20 on the bar, thinking I had plenty including tip, but instead the bartendress came back to me and said it wasn’t enough. I was stunned. She said I’m sorry, the owner just increased the price, and I only get $2.50 an hour…very sad. I put $25 on the bar and her manager left her a $2.64 tip b/c I wasn’t laying down any more for two beers / basket of fries. Shame on you plumsteadville Inn Mgr. I’m never stopping in for a beer after work again and if you continue this with your dinner menus, we will not be back for dinner either. Your chicken croquettes are terrible and you got rid of the best dessert on the menu, peanut butter pie.I crossed out the important information on the attached receipt to protect the beertendress because I thought she was very nice And figured management will come down on her for being honest. She’s a peach, but I am Very disappointed, again.

Didn't stay there but I imagine they are cute. The restaurant & bar are cozy. There is a fireplace in the dining room l. Pleasant bartenders. Unless you live very near the place, it is far away & a little hard to find.Food & drinks: Good & not overly expensive for us but we went for happy hour 4-6. Also a fireplace but not near the bar at the end of dining room but that's ok. The whole place is rustic in a cute way.

Was here for a weekday lunch, not too crowded and not overly loud. Waitstaff was courteous and attentive, food was both tasty and good for the $$$. Lots of TVs, mostly running sports or sports related shows. That can be bit of a distraction.

Had a reservation for 2 at 3:00 on a Sunday. My recommendation would be to arrive no sooner than 4pm on Sunday if you're not going for Brunch. We were seated with the brunch crowd who were wrapping up and it felt like a cafeteria. Very loud with everyone trying to speak over the music and each other. There were also people breaking down/moving tables and chairs the whole time we were there right next to us.The food itself was very good. Entrées were the Schnitzel and chicken pot pie. Appetizers seem a bit overpriced for the portion. What ended up being 2 crab stuffed mushrooms was just under the price of my Entrée.I do recommend The Plumbsteadville Inn, I would just avoid the brunch crowd. (on Sundays)

Taryn was our server and so very sweet, kind and excellent. The food here is always so delicious my wife ordered the chicken parm with fries in place of pasta and she loved it. I got their teriyaki salmon without onion crisps and it was so yummy. We took leftovers home and reheated it and ate the rest. The environment is very beautiful we've been seated in the bar area the past couple times and haven't mi ded it at all, not rowdy or loud. Really enjoy coming here, food is good, service is excellent. Thank you ?Food & drinks: Excellent

The food was very good, except for my friend's grilled chicken on their salad. The chicken was a bit tough. The chairs could be more comfortable.

I went with 2 friends and originally had a standard reservation. When we got there, we were told that the Garden Room had available seating, and we were seated in there. My friends said it was just lovely, like a mini-vacation, and thoroughly enjoyed their lunches and our time in the restaurant.

Always a great experience- our server, Jen, was attentive and timely but gave us our space. Staff is friendly and accommodating and the food (Kobe sliders, French dips, fajita salad, burgers) was delicious.

Food was done as requested. Noise level was acceptable for being so busy. Staff is friendly & helpful. Our waitstaff checked on several items we had questions about to ensure we had the most updated information. Chocolate Mousse Pie was a great end to the evening!

Dining at the Plumsteadville Inn was lovely from the excellent service to the delicious food. The waitstaff was attentive but not intrusive. My harvest salad was all that I hoped it would be. I plan to go back for another meal soon.
