We made a reservation for 8, got a notification that our table was ready. I replied that we were on our way. We showed up on time for our 7:30 reservation and still waiting over 35 minutes. Our server was terrible! We were there to celebrate a birthday. Half of the table got their drink orders. The birthday girl and 2 other guests waited 40 minutes with 3 reminders that we still haven't received our drinks. This was the servers MO the entire night. After 3 times requesting something, we got it. Simple things like straws took forever! I thought he was going to forget that we had a birthday celebration, but they sang after we paid the bill. We spent close to $500 and won't be going back. Our chef was great, but the service was so bad the whole experience was ruined. I could keep going on about the bad service, but save yourself the headache and go to Ooka.

Long wait for chef to arrive but the food was worth the wait! Drinks were also well made. The tables are a little crowed, so if this is an issue, you may want to avoid Saturday night. Overall, great evening!!

It was great to have Muhammed cook for us again. He remembered us and made celebrating my son turning 13 special. Alexis was attentive and super helpful with taking our drink, appetizer and meal orders. She checked in with us an appropriate amount of times for how things were and got our refills promptly. We will ask for them both again on our next visit.

Food was pretty good. We waited a long time for the chef. He was nice, but there was little to no excitement from the chef and very little showmanship. We were there for my daughter's birthday, we told the waiter, but no acknowledgement of that either. It was kind of mediocre overall. Had different expectations of Benihana.

Had my birthday certificate to use and was told that I needed to purchase 2 entrees in order to use it. I've been to many Benihana's in my life, maybe 2 on my birthday and have never experienced this. Florida Benihana's are the best by far! Hands down to them.

Everything was fantastic! Alexis is a terrific server and was so friendly and attentive. Jin is a great chef and very skillful at his craft. The maitai was delicious as well! I look forward to returning.

I visit Benihana's every year to utilize a bday award. This year I invited another couple along to the reservation. This location appeared clean, semi-busy and had an engaging hostess. Once seated the waitress explained the menu and new restaurant promotions. The appetizer salad was very small and the onion soup was luke warm. The soup was returned back to the kitchen and returned slightly warmer than the first time. We had concerns about an upcharge of $7.50 for fried rice, which was a flat rate for chicken, vegetable and shrimp. Plain fried rice should no be charged at the same cost of a protein. Fast forward to the main meal, the food could have used more seasoning but overall it was pretty good. Drinks were ordered but in my opinion where over priced @ $17 per drink. Definitely not expecting this excessive charge for a small alcoholic drink of 12oz. The waitress forgot to bring ordered items to the one of the couples and had to be reminded of the status of a drink ordered as well. Overall, we had a great time and the hostess visited the table to inquire on the the service provided. We advised there were two birthday recipients but no one came over to acknowledge the occasion.

The waiter was untrained. He did not know what gluten free meant. We ask him prior to each course if the food was gf and he had to go back to the kitchen to check. 3 out of 5 times the food was not GF. The server also didn't tell the hibachi chef that our food needed gf soy sauce. The waiter also did not understand what was on the menu and could not make food recommendations. The whole meal was uncomfortable and food-wise unsafe. The hibachi chef was fine and clearly experienced. The host at the front door did not greet us well. It looked like managers were onsite but they did not engage. It was clearly poorly run. It wasn't even worth it for us to tell the management because it was so bad we didn't think it would make a difference. We will never go back. The meal was $250.

Celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary here. Excellent experience overall. Great talking to people at the table as well made the whole night amazing. chef was amazing and made us laugh and have fun. Highly recommend this place. we will be back for sure.
