Everything was fantastic! Alexis is a terrific server and was so friendly and attentive. Jin is a great chef and very skillful at his craft. The maitai was delicious as well! I look forward to returning.

Celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary here. Excellent experience overall. Great talking to people at the table as well made the whole night amazing. chef was amazing and made us laugh and have fun. Highly recommend this place. we will be back for sure.

From the moment we arrived this was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. My reservation was for 8:30 PM and although I confirmed via text that we were on the way when they said our table was ready at 8:15, we still sat for 15 minutes while staff insisted they were waiting on another party. Hungry and frustrated, we asked to sit at the bar. At the bar we were ignored for 20 minutes. When the bartender finally acknowledged us, she was dismissive and rude. She did not make eye contact, did not write down our order, and focused more on cleaning than serving. We were the only two people at the bar yet she still seemed uninterested in giving us basic attention. She even told us that the large shared drink we ordered was “not for one person,” and I believe she charged us double since it cost $60 for one bowl. The food was just as bad. The soup was cold and tossed onto the counter by the server. We were told there was no lettuce for the salad that was supposed to come with our meal. We waited more than 45 minutes for our food with no apology and no check-ins. When the meal finally came it was underwhelming. The dessert that was included in the meal never arrived. To make matters worse, the restaurant and bar area were filthy. No one ever tried to make the situation right. After a bill of nearly $270 we left disappointed, disrespected, and feeling taken advantage of. This was an awful experience from start to finish and I would not recommend this Benihana to anyone.

You go to hibachi for the experience and there was no experience. Our chef did not speak loud enough or do any of the typical show activities. Extremely boring. The food was good, as expected but you can get hibachi to go for half the price. This location needs to up their show game!
