Chick-fil-A

This Chick-fil-A is located inside the mall and is a short walk from my office. I am a regular due to limited quick and quality options by my office. I rarely wait a significant amount of time. They have always got my order right. They smile and greet me. Honestly, not sure how deep I should go for a chain, but want to express my happiness with "my" Chick-fil-A. Enjoy!

The Chikfila was practically empty, just a couple customers and they made me wait 20 minutes for 2 happy meals. I've never had to wait so long for my food. When they brought it out the chicken was greasy, not crispy.

Gave my food to someone else, refused to answer the phone regarding the issue, did nothing to resolve the issue. Awful staff, dirty place, and manager could care less.

We don't often go into Chick-fil-A because of the prices. We waited for our food for a very long time and it was nothing complicated. I began to think that they didn't actually take our order or thought they gave it to somebody else. There was also a hair when my son's fries

It's chic fil a!!!

We had a group of 9 kids and 4 adults. We had a huge order and they did a beautiful job getting our orders out quickly.

I waited 15-20 minutes for my food. Finally had to cancel. The place was empty.

Chic fil a is my favorite place to go if I have to get fast food . They very rarely make mistakes on my orders and the staff are very kind

The restaurant was not crowded but the waiting time was. My food wasn't made. People ahead of me were finished with theirs by the time I left.

I've been to that store two different times with doordash both times I get there and there's tons of people behind the counter and nobody acts like they won't even acknowledge you when you're standing there waiting for the pickup would never go into that store on my own

Monday September 30th 2024 chick-fil Closed.Gate down, there's chairs on the table!!!! Very disappointed 😞

I placed my order at 12:03, didn't get my food till 12:19. Within that time, several people came in, ordered and still got there food before me. They ordered more than I did, and yet had me on hold. Manager, did not have hair net on, everyone did. Not again will I return.
