I've been to that store two different times with doordash both times I get there and there's tons of people behind the counter and nobody acts like they won't even acknowledge you when you're standing there waiting for the pickup would never go into that store on my own

Monday September 30th 2024 chick-fil Closed.Gate down, there's chairs on the table!!!! Very disappointed 😞

I placed my order at 12:03, didn't get my food till 12:19. Within that time, several people came in, ordered and still got there food before me. They ordered more than I did, and yet had me on hold. Manager, did not have hair net on, everyone did. Not again will I return.

Very unhappy with this location. I love Chick Fil A and it’s one of my favorite places to eat, but I often DoorDash my meals for convenience. My order is always wrong and missing items. See the photo attached! I ordered a large spicy chicken sandwich meal and it came with a medium fry. I’m missing the fruit cup I ordered. The kids meal didn’t come with a prize. There’s supposed to be 6 Chick-fil-A sauces, I only got 2. And the 3 cheese sauces are completely missing…. How can you mess up this much? Very disappointed.

I have prepaid orders. I waited 30 minutes after the pickup time. Food is not ready. I got so angry and left the place. Horrible customer service. I want to go to this place in my life anymore.

Fastfood is generalized, but the nuggets were crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. You know what Chick-fil-A food is, but this was well cooked and served quickly.

Stopped in for lunch at 10 AM. The young lady with the braids was complaining that people called out after processing my transaction. There was no hello no thank you, she didn’t seem like she wanted to be there with an angry disposition .I’m sitting here now waiting for fast food, which is taking almost 10 minutes. Chick-fil-A in my town always says thank you and my pleasure with a smile.This location needs new employees desperately.
