Stopped in for lunch at 10 AM. The young lady with the braids was complaining that people called out after processing my transaction. There was no hello no thank you, she didn’t seem like she wanted to be there with an angry disposition .I’m sitting here now waiting for fast food, which is taking almost 10 minutes. Chick-fil-A in my town always says thank you and my pleasure with a smile.This location needs new employees desperately.

The food that we received was just as good as it normally is when we go to a Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately after waiting 10 minutes we were told that it would be another 15 to 20 minutes if we wanted our Mac and cheese. We didn't have time wait so they gave us a large fry to replace the Mac and cheese. Unfortunately they also forgot to give us the 6pack of cookies, the gluten free bun for my wife's chicken sandwhich and the two orders of fruit which were going to be split up for our kids to eat. By the time we brought our food to the hotel it was too late to go back to get the missing items. What we thought was going to be a quick and easy meal for us and our kids turned into a over all bed experience.Dietary restrictions: They forgot our gluten-free bun

Came here on 1/12/2024 around 4pm. It's ghetto to say the least. Customer service playing around, talking loud, not attentive at all, ice cream area was discombobulated, tables and chairs were dirty. I would rather go the extra miles to the one in East Norriton. I will never come here again.

Came at 7 and they already started to close, however closing time is 8. Been waiting for more then 30 minutes for my order as half of the staff went at a back and no one wants to prepare the food. Where is the manager??

Can I give 0 ? first this chick fil a have me food poisoning in 2021 and after a year and a half I finally gave them a chance and it’s always AWFUL. today I got door dash for lunch and my fries were soggy cold and half

Too small a place, all those workers & I had to wait 5-10 minutes just to place my order. I really think those "mobile orders" get in the way of real-time, people standing in line orders & that they should be separate. You have a section for mobile orders & workers for just that.

This crew works fast and gets the order right the first time. Not as expensive as other fast food places. Great place for a quick bite.
