Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is definitely a store specific issue. The staff here lack manners. I get this store can't control hiring bigots, but still corporate needs to come back in and train this staff. My portions were fine. It was lack of response from two of the employees when I greeted them. Like they expected because I'm black, I should behave like a stereotype. The disdain for people that don't fit the mold of what you them to be is unacceptable. This is why I'm done with Chipotle. They're not CAVA or even Chick Fil A when it comes to customer service.

Nicely asked for a bowl. The employee making my bowl asked, “for here or to go”. To which I answered, “here with a lid please”. She didn’t hear me, and asked again, to which I had the same answer.

The employee making my bowl then proceeded to grab the lid and toss it at me over the glass, and say “you good?”

Super professional. What a joke.

If you want bad food in a dirty restaurant, go here. My rice was the last scoop scraped up, so it was underportioned. The steak was the same way: last scoop. They told me they had no lettuce like it was a normal thing. From these reviews, this place doesnt know how to properly stock lettuce, which shows a lack of management. Every table was dirty, which shows a lack of management. No attention to detail. The soda machine grate had a mountain of ice and you couldnt even put your drink down, which shows a lack of management. Listen to the other reviews because this place will ruin Chipotle for you.

All employees working today’s shift obviously you could see how bad of an attitude they all had. They all looked pissed off and impatient for me ordering my food. This is bad customer service as well as communication do better!

I was there for my lunch today and I asked for one veggie and one try just only brown rice but the guy was told me they r come with a small cup which is use for side sous,I asked again I will pay give me the rice with they bowl but he said it doesn't come and he was behaving so rudely.i never go back this place again so disappointed.

The very inefficient staff I put my order to pick up and they told me that it was ready and it took more than half an hour waiting for my order and anyway they tell me we are very busy but they do not give solutions since on the side where people order there were nothing of people they could help so that the orders to pick up came out faster

Get the new manager out of there I beg. Saw the girl serving the guy before give a nice spoonful and get reprimanded. The guy who yelled at her gave me barely a spoonful out of the tiddly bits steak. At least give us the last little bit left, maybe he’s leaving it for the next poor soul who wants steak.

Like genuinely he acted like he was personally paying for everything. Barely gave sauce or any cheese. So it just ended up being mostly just sad rice with beans. Make that girl the president or something. My mom’s pissed and we just spent forty on three bowls of rice and beans.

Just fire him or something, literally have never had this issue before this.

This place is super efficient when it comes to the lunchtime rush. It took me longer to park than to go in and get my food.

So Rob AJ , ed , jesse, Danny, joe, shaheed. All we’re great at showing hospitality and great chemistry with each other. It’s great to see young people working alongside each other doing their job. Ed and Rob were very helpful
