Portions were abhorrently small. You'd think i was robbing their kids college fund asking for an actual scoop of chicken. Order online? Even smaller portions. Chipotle used to be so good. What happened to this country?

Best chipotle spot in the country (probably). Food is consistent with the chipotle you’re familiar with. AND from the time you enter the store to the time you walk out with your food, even if you are slow walker, 5 minutes tops! These guys are terrific!

I bought a burrito last week and was charged twice because of cashier error. I wasn’t given a receipt because they said they weren’t sure it went through. I went back a week later with my credit card statement showing the same charge two times in a row, but they would neither give me a refund nor a burrito to make up for it.

I’m not one to complain but the employees that helped me were actually unbelievably rude and unpleasant.

🥑 This location has ruined Chipotle for me. The app is in place so that employees can short those who order ahead. Portions are noticeably smaller when you order ahead rather than ordering in person. Salads consistently come with either a literal pinch’s worth of lettuce or no lettuce at all . Guacamole has been missing multiple times from orders. Food quality varies from bearable to absolute garbage. Rice should not crunch and carnitas should not be dry. I would know. I have worked for y’all as a KMIT. So, the next time I pass you guys on my way to the chick fil a inside the mall, I will hope that maybe you will have taken a note out of their book in both quality and service. Thank you for the runs. It’s been fun 🥑

Today I was greeted with all smiles I came around 1:15 July 18 2025 and this particular staff was exceptional when it came to customer service I do reviews a lot and this Chipotle wasn’t going under my Radar KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS BECAUSE YOU MATTER !!!❤️🥰

I wish I saw the bad reviews of a “nasty store” before I dined in here. I received a bag with an EMPLOYEE’S VAPE in it instead of the chips I ordered. Then a very casual “sorry, he put it in the wrong bag” as if someone’s personal stuff belongs in customer’s food orders. Thank God I noticed it in store, I can’t imagine going home and realizing you have someone’s vape in and near your other food items. That’s a huge hazard!!! I hate to be a “Karen” but this is infuriating, I should’ve raised hell!! Chipotle customer service is also crap. I’m so disgusted. Also, since when is a quesadilla here two pieces instead of four? Insane!

We came today , around 1 they were not busy ,there was a family in front of us ordering some food 1 of the people was translating for them and ordering their food , the person behind the counter was very unprofessional, she was rushing them out the line the bowls had barely any food , once they got to the condiments the woman behind the counter was rude to them as well. There was a lil girl deciding what she wanted on her bowl and the woman making them was rude I’m assuming she was the manager, since she was rushing she dropped some of the food in the floor and we saw how she wanted to put the items in the floor back in the bag very unsanitary, the had to remake the items that were dropped on the floor they were annoyed and rude , needless to say I was very uncomfortable and disappointed in the service they provided for the family in front of us .

Very poor service the people behind the counter were very inpatient rushing to make the food as I was ordering for 2 other people since they didn’t know English. It was an inconvenience to them that I had to translate. They dropped my food in the floor as they were rushing to get me out of the line and she was attempting to put the burrito back on the bag after she dropped it and the bowls had barely any food after they remade it I’m guessing because they were mad they had to redo it. My 8 year old daughter was with me deciding what to get on her bowl and they were not letting her decide because they were in such a rush even thought there was only 2 people after us. Very poor service I will never come back to this place again.
