The manager Mr.Jay is AMAZING! I was greeted by his friendly face and positive attitude. Mr. Jay immediately washed his hands, changed his gloves and politely took my order. Everything was made to perfection. I am blown away by the wonderful experience that Mr. Jay provided and it needs to be the standard across the company. I absolutely will come back to dine with Mr. Jay and his team on Germantown Pike. Please visit Mr. Jay at this Chipotle. You won’t regret it!

EXTREMELY RUDE AND HORRIBLE PORTIONS. THE TUBBY MUSTY BLACK DUDE IS THE WORST.

Portion size was SO small! I was still hungry after this and paid full price. Review was sent to chipotle corporate who just said they would contact store.

Staff was super friendly and great team work. Store was clean and everything was fresh!

The pinto beans were too salty. They must have put the entire can of salt in it. Unfortunately the process of getting my money back is impossible by design.

I have to agree with others who have had a bad experience with this place. The last two times I was in here, they had no idea where my online order was. Chipotle also used to give you a fair portion for a good price, but that is decidedly NOT the case anymore. I would avoid this place.

Got tacos the last time I was here. The protein portions were small, but to add insult to injury the employee PICKED PROTEIN OFF ONE OF THE TACOS.

It's incredible that basically every recent review of this location is terrible, and but instead of, you know, fixing the issues, the "owner" simply says, "oh we totally care about your experience. Here's a link to our generic customer service page."

I'm not doing that, you have plenty of feedback here. Figure it out.

Edit: dear "owner". Your CEO now agrees that certain locations skimp on portions. Guess what? This is one of the locations. I absolutely refuse to use your website to "log a ticket". I absolutely refuse to do any work for you clowns. Why don't YOU look at the dozens of reviews from people that think this place is a joke and log your own ticket?

So stick your canned response where the sun don't shine, and stop being a terrible restaurant.

Ordered online and the portion they gave me was laughable. I had to refund on the app because there was no way I was paying 12$ for 3 table spoons of rice and 1 piece of chicken. This chipotle in specifically needs to get their act together. Hire new employees or fix your portion sizes.
