Yikes. We were impressed at first by how quick our food came out (we were there for an early dinner and it was empty) but then our server forget our drinks and napkins. Never checked on us or offered more water or refills. Took 25 mins and asking the manager (who did nothing) and me getting up and going to the kitchen to get the check and a to go box. Servers are all just hiding in the kitchen yet there are dozens of meals ready to be passed out. Fried chicken was dry and overcooked.

Cracker Barrel in Plymouth Meeting, PA is on a downward spiral. The food and service started declining before the pandemic and has gotten worse over time. The staff is not attentive, you must ask for everything and sometimes remind them what you just requested. The turnip greens are watered down. The catfish came back, but does not taste as good as it used to taste. I think they changed the cornmeal. These are two specific examples of the poor quality of food. For more than 30 days they only have vegetable soup, thus no "soup of the day." Thursday they were promoting turkey and dressing and had no dressing. I thinking this location is about to close as their service and food continue to decline in quality.

Not a very pleasant server, barely checked on us. I had to look for her to get service. Food is OK not up to the standards to Cracker Barrel. Had to send the eggs back because they were extremely undercover.

I'm shocked they don't have a warming table or a spot to out the " to go " orders . They seat on a rack , food was cold . I reheated everything when I got home.

Place was very busy but server let us know by acknowledging us and letting us know, got us our coffee, she was very prompt even though they were shorthanded. I’m there every couple weeks and I’m hoping to get the same waitress. She was excellent.

I hope this was an off night. Take out order took 30 minutes after expected time to be ready. It took 30 minutes to tell me they were out of mac and cheese. We got corn, that tasted straight out the can and the carrots and green beans were bland as well. Eat there usually once a month, so I know for a fact the food was not the norm. The Coca-Cola cake even had a crust.
