The ceiling was leaking due to a heavy rainstorm the night before. They had a bucket on the floor to capture the water. There was still water all over the floor and next to the light in the ceiling! They are lucky the ceiling didn't collapse and that there was an electrical fire!!

Coffee was like water. If they are trying to cut costs they won’t have to worry about it because they will go out of business. They won’t get my business again. Waste of money.

I had my midnight roast coffee firmly in my right hand. Somehow somebody drank my whole cup leaving me to have to take off the top to try and get the last scrumptiumpdelicious last drop. The nerve of some people, smh.

The coffee taste like straight water they put less coffee beans and more water. Also, the lady was super rude. I asked for a carrier I purchased three coffees and she gave me an attitude because I asked for one.

The worker used the glove hands to give me my change back and touched the money and then proceeded to not change his gloves and grabbed my kids hash browns by hands to put them in the little baggies. My jaw was on the floor! I don't think people realize that gloves are not clean unless they are clean. Once you touch sturdy stuff, the gloves are also dirty

I have a 4 year old foster daughter who's been through more trauma than most adults. So when she wants a strawberry frosted donut with sprinkles (that's on your drive thru menu), why do you lie to me at the cashier window. Thank God i looked in the bag after paying...i say, "oh im sorry, i ordered a strawberry frosted with sprinkles". He says "oh we're out of spinkles". I stayed for a moment confused. Another woman came to the window quickly and i told her. She ran, got the strawberry with sprinkles and said so sorry. He looked like he was caught with a hand in the cookie jar.
This was actually a great trip through because we're teaching our foster daughter the dangers of lying. For a 4 year old, on "donut friday", all she wants is a strawberry with sprinkles and she was lied to. I asked her how it felt and she said "not good". I'm glad a 4 year old understands lying hurts people.
Yes that was a rant. But the grown man lied to a child. Come on, care a little! Be better.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. Horrible customer service, as well as the coffee. Extremely disappointing. Especially the way I seen them speaking to customers as well as myself.

This is my third visit to this particular Dunkin Donuts, simply because it's close to my job and we typically pick up from this particular location. The third time is the charm for me. I will not be back. I would prefer driving the extra half a mile.To the other Dunkin Donuts?
Where they have basic courtesy, kindness a respect for their customers.
Why? I understand that language barriers can be an issue in working in customer service There still should be a certain level of professionalism at the least kindness. As I watch, multiple people being yelled at and argue with about orders that were incorrect and missed items.
I thought I should leave this store immediately and go somewhere else. However, I believe that situation's happened. So when I went to order giving this particular branch, the benefit of the doubt -That it could just be a busy morning,
However, when I went to make my order, it almost seemed as if I was offending the person taking my order for making a large order .
As she really dismissed anything I was asking for then having to correct my order, only substantiating the issues I viewed prior to my ordering.
But the part that really was upsetting Is her dismissing me asking me to step aside? As she completed others'orders before mine, then losing my receipt, accusing me of having it only to sort through the pile to find she never gave it to me. Never apologizing for her mistake.
And the manager's not taking any responsibility.
Or making any kind of attempt To try to come to some sort of resolution not only with myself but other patrons whose orders were incomplete wrong, or people who have been waiting for a considerable amount of time.
As someone who travels quit often this is the worst Dunkins I've encountered out of 16 states ....
