0 star. I've been nothing but nice and respectful to the staffs. I always get poor service. I will not stop by here on my breaks from work again. Never again wasting my time and money. Food and coffee always tasted slightly strange.

Coffee creamer curdled in my coffee. Was given a refill and milk to replace it.Crumbs all over the counter, sugars and sweeteners not refilled. No napkins, and no toilet paper in Ladies Room.

So ice seen this location b4 never had the privilege of coming inside for something to hold me over fir the last leg of hotel's within her Hilton Honors family.But you walk in and it looks like it's brand new nothing really out of place! At 2pm Deznut wez still freshly.. Whoa And had the Mini Everything bagel bites. My gosh! So needless to say xDD had upedcirs game but the location. Stopped today to get 2 large coffees - $1 of which is supposed to be donated to charity. Again they got my order wrong & overcharged me. Donut was supposed to be $1 - didn't get 2nd donut. This is far from the first time they got it wrong. They don't understand or speak English well & I will never go there again.

They do become overwhelmed during the a.m rush. They are completely focused on the drive thru & basically ignore the walk-in patrons. I have been in the culinary field for 29 yes. & the lack of urgency to ensure quality customer service throughout the entire facility leave much to be said.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair ramp at the enterance

Dropped in to pick up donuts for some family that was stopping by to visit. Have to say this: Dunkin' Donuts was packed at the drive thu. I believe I was there around 10-10:30 and :, and most of what I wanted was gone. Ouch! But I got to pick what I wanted to get, and I have to say the donuts did not taste fresh. :( The area to wait didn't seem clean.

First off, im going to start by saying. I'm a dark skinned human being. I tip even with bad service. That's my karma. The service I receive is theirs. I just dont have to return. I usually don't give reviews, but ignorance and racism were plain to see in this establishment. My girl (latin) arrived in there minutes before I did. It was empty, yet she wasn't being taken care of or acknowledged. There were 3 employees in there all attending to a slow paced drive-thru. My girl wondered why no one was attending to her. No eye contact. No greeting. No, nothing. I said, " Maybe they're rudely telling you to order from the kiosk." So luckily we have a card to do so. I helped her navigate to do so. What appeared to be a Caucasian mother and daughter came in, and instantly, the Asian gentleman came right up like "How can I help you" to them. Had their order done and paid for before we can finish navigating the kiosk. ?? then he looks at us like, "Can I help yall?" It took everything out of me, not to snap. Like, what about the few times you walked by as if we didn't exist over the 5-10 minutes we already been in here? Instead I ? & chose peace. I ordered something on the app, and it wasn't allowing walk-in as an option. I stood by the on the go orders, trying to get one of their attention to let them know. Once again, same story. I ended up seeing my order put there, I just served myself and got the hell out of there. Never would I return and spend a dollar of my hard earned money with this establishment. This is the time we're living in? People acknowledge animals but not other humans? This is humanity? This can be your standard, but I'm not going for it! Ps I'm spreading the word on all social platforms!

Good place to grab breakfast and/or a snack. Their coffee is much better than Starbucks in my opinion. But definitely download the Dunkin App to take advantage of the deals because it is worth the money you save and you get free items after you accumulate points with purchases.
