I ordered wings and forgot to tell them the sauce type I wanted, mild, medium, hot ect. on the Slice app. Someone (thank you) was awesome enough to catch it and put the sauce on the side. Thoughtful gestures make such a difference at a business, you guys rock! Great pizza too.

Disappointed in the pizza and garlic knots I ordered. They could’ve been better. The soda was flat too. Wouldn't recommend stopping here while at the mall.

I am a tourist with my family, and one of the places that my children loved, the atmosphere, the food and the pizzas are delicious, it is a very familiar place with a lot of space, we were 10 people and they kindly accommodated us very well

i ordered a delivery and it took so so long. when i got the pizza it was completely smushed to one side of the box since when it was driven in the car, the hot pizza got smushed during a turn. and they still delivered it, with no refund or return or an apology or anything. this happened awhile ago and i decided to give this place another chance and i regret it. it took well over 20 minutes for a single pizza and sandwhich. the italian hoagie was so bad. it had barely any meat in it, it was literally all bread and cheese, not even a lot of toppings either. just don’t go here.
i also saw the owner respond to a review with the “?” emoji. when your reviews are so low maybe you should reconsider the way things are done and said!

My first experience at this place I'd give it a zero. Ordering was disorganized and customer services was unsatisfactory. From a scale of 1 to 10 & 10 being exceptional this placed earned less than a zero.Needless to say I won't go back.

The guy was asking everyone else what they got to check on their orders but continently skips over me. The food was not good at all. I definitely don’t recommend this place.

Ordered through doordash. Food came cold but this wasn’t pizzeria’s fault. But! Sauce was way too sweet. Even kids said why is my pizza so sweet? They took one bite and didn’t finish eating. Cheesesteak was flavorless. ??‍♂️

10.99, flavorless,, not cheesy, nothing about it down to its appearance was good. Manager said I have to talk to the company and refused to make me a new one. Won’t be back obviously

I asked for contact free delivery. Pizza arrive with no notification on app or phone call and sat outside on the cement for 15 minutes. I just happened to check to see if it had arrived. Pizza was ice cold 25° temperature outside.

This place is beyond horrible. I ordered a meat lovers pizza no ham. To begin I can not identify one item in this pizza. The smell is horrible. My food arrived cold even though their menu says fast delivery, it took forever. I also order a shrimp platter (also cold) and cheesesteak rolls. I’m scared to eat anything. Fries seem old and reheated. Called to tell them food was cold and unacceptable and the young lady that answered placed me on hold then came back to home to say , I don’t know what you want me to do but the manger will get the phone in a minute. I said excuse you, did you just say to a customer you don’t know what I want you to do. Then manager gets on phone as says , what is it. Like when I tell you all of their menus went in the trash. I will not give out one at all. Send foos critic there and place will be shut down for sure.

Terrible service. Ordered the Southwest Salad which comes with chicken or beef, and they didn't include either. The black beans weren't there, either. However, contrary to the instructions ON THE TICKET, the threw on a double-handful of olives, which I hate. Didn't discover any of this until I got home. When I called to complain, they argued with me and then told me I put the special instructions in the wrong place even though the ticket had the instructions on it. Not going there again EVER!Just got your response. I'll take the refund.
