Orders 1 pep pizza and breadstick for an uber delivery. The driver arrived before the pizza was finished so they severelly undercooked the pizza to get the driver gone worst pizza iv ever had. Ill buy frozen before eating a doughy undercooked pizza.

Store is dirty, multi workers are handling food without washing hands or wearing gloves. Very slow service, hour late with pickbup.

Dont waste your time or money.

Few years ago I ordered pizza for delivery at around 7:30. I got done work at 10 went to pap John’s. Turns out they didn’t even make the pizza.

Worst service and pizza. I’ve ordered from Papa John’s several times. I ordered 2 cheese pizza’s with extra sauce and received 2 pizzas with extra sauce but with NO CHEESE?? This is the first time ever that this has happened to me. I called to speak with the manager and he said there’s nothing they can do.

Don’t go to here!!! I ordered pizza for a school event for close to $300. They made the order at midnight the night before and left it out overnight. When I came to pick it up at noon they casually told me the entire order, Including meat pizzas, had been sitting at room temperature for over 12 hours. They refused to refund or replace it and even laughed at me when I asked. They didn’t even refund the prepaid tips! I had to pay out of pocket for another order so the kids could safely eat. After several calls and complaints to corporate, they promised a full refund but a year later, i have received nothing.

I ordered a custom pizza from Papa John's and was quite disappointed. The pizza was soggy, even when hot, and there were very few chicken pieces. Additionally, the jalapeño bomb was underwhelming. While service was good but taste not. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from here again.

Driver placed pizza on doorstep. Took the delivery confirmation picture. Then took the pizza back to eat themselves. Terrible.

Worst pizza I’ve ever received from Papa Johns (by far). The dough is not even fully cooked. Terrible undercarriage, way too much flop. Not cut all the way through either, have to tear it.

If I could give this Plymouth Mtg store zero stars I would.They sent me the wrong order and when I called they never answered the phone they keep you on hold forever then they pick up and hang up.

I always ask for extra peppercinis and they cost about $5 every time I open the box there are 3 little peppers. I also pay for extra garlic sauce and I never get them. Today is the last day I order from them.

Waited on hold for 12 minutes just to be hung up on. Please pay your employees better or increase staff amount per shift. I better have a refund in my account within 48 hours. Your service sucks and your phone guy is a bum. Do better, papa johns.

If I could give it zero stars I would please believe the reviews this place is horrible I placed a pick up order at 230 for almost $50 my tracker said everything was done & ready so why did I go in & they never even made the food! They claimed after 2 am they don’t have to make it & they didn’t speak any English they just kept passing me a phone long story short I never got my food or refund! Fast forward to today I’m calling the store because i still never received a refund I was on hold for 30 mins and when the manager finally picked up the phone he asked me what date I placed the order and then said he’ll look into it & hung up! Didn’t ask me for my name order number ref # and a good call back number nothing ! Don’t order from here pick another location
