Papa Johns Pizza

Don’t go to here!!! I ordered pizza for a school event for close to $300. They made the order at midnight the night before and left it out overnight. When I came to pick it up at noon they casually told me the entire order, Including meat pizzas, had been sitting at room temperature for over 12 hours. They refused to refund or replace it and even laughed at me when I asked. They didn’t even refund the prepaid tips! I had to pay out of pocket for another order so the kids could safely eat. After several calls and complaints to corporate, they promised a full refund but a year later, i have received nothing.

I ordered a custom pizza from Papa John's and was quite disappointed. The pizza was soggy, even when hot, and there were very few chicken pieces. Additionally, the jalapeño bomb was underwhelming. While service was good but taste not. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from here again.

Driver placed pizza on doorstep. Took the delivery confirmation picture. Then took the pizza back to eat themselves. Terrible.

Worst pizza I’ve ever received from Papa Johns (by far). The dough is not even fully cooked. Terrible undercarriage, way too much flop. Not cut all the way through either, have to tear it.

If I could give this Plymouth Mtg store zero stars I would.They sent me the wrong order and when I called they never answered the phone they keep you on hold forever then they pick up and hang up.

I always ask for extra peppercinis and they cost about $5 every time I open the box there are 3 little peppers. I also pay for extra garlic sauce and I never get them. Today is the last day I order from them.

Waited on hold for 12 minutes just to be hung up on. Please pay your employees better or increase staff amount per shift. I better have a refund in my account within 48 hours. Your service sucks and your phone guy is a bum. Do better, papa johns.

If I could give it zero stars I would please believe the reviews this place is horrible I placed a pick up order at 230 for almost $50 my tracker said everything was done & ready so why did I go in & they never even made the food! They claimed after 2 am they don’t have to make it & they didn’t speak any English they just kept passing me a phone long story short I never got my food or refund! Fast forward to today I’m calling the store because i still never received a refund I was on hold for 30 mins and when the manager finally picked up the phone he asked me what date I placed the order and then said he’ll look into it & hung up! Didn’t ask me for my name order number ref # and a good call back number nothing ! Don’t order from here pick another location

Never again!This location in Plymouth meeting has ONE person working it. They have zero cash (so no change) and we’ve been waiting here an entire hour for two pizzas that their app told us were ready for pick up. Disgraceful way to run a business. I’d give zero stars if I could.

This place is just awful. Disgusting. Makes me want to never order from a Papa John's again. They don't even fully cook the pizza. Heaven forbid I tried to call the store manager and he suddenly doesn't speak English anymore and hangs up on you.

I wish I had checked reviews before ordering… our first time at this location. Since moving… woo saaa this is a long one. As a small business owner I absolutely hate to ever give a bad review. However this experience I just had with this location was horrible. Ordered online as I always have, at previous home with different store. It updated to delivered just under an hour later. I called. The person who answered could not communicate at all. He said “driver 4 minutes”. I said excuse me, he repeated. I said he’ll arrive in 4 minutes he said yes hung up. I guess I should’ve appreciated the fact I got an answer. Because 15 minutes later I called again, and was on hold for 19 minutes. Finally my husband drove the 10 minutes to the store. Only to find a manager who couldn’t communicate what was going on. The a man calls me and says “papa John’s Driver” , i said where are you he said driver. I said are you here he said yes. I went outside he wasn’t not there. He then stated to hold on and hung. Up he called the store … as my husband stood there. And then the store called me. Until the worker realized we were the order they were already dealing with. My husband asked could they please just make the order and he would take it to go … the manager handed his phone to do a translate… my husband gave it back and left. 2 + hours later and we had cereal. If you read along thank you. I had to share this experience after seeing others weren’t so great.

Don't waste your time. Online will alert you order is ready when it hasn't even started. Waites for 30 minutes with no communication, ended up leaving, enjoy the pizza and payment, we won't be back.

Do not order from papa Johns in Plymouth. Meeting. They did not deliver my food and noone answered the phone when i tried to speak to a manager.
