3rd time and disgusting. Cold cinnamon pretzels at 843a means they were from yesterday. And for jeez sakes. Just put on ur door ‘a certain culture only’ the attitudes are not inviting at all.
Again I throw away money off cold hard pretzels and the new pretzels look burnt!!!
Close ur doors. Unreal. First thing in the am. Exhausting!!! I recommend going somewhere else!

This is the best Philly Pretzel location. All of the employees are very friendly and helpful. Sandy is the sweetest! She always has a warm greeting and smile. Super efficient and the pretzels are always delicious and fresh. Thank you!

I brought 100 pretzels for $45.00 . I ask could I get a mustard? I was told mustard do not come with 100 pretzels, smh. I was surprised because my last purchase for my church I got on Main Street in norristown and they gave me a bottle of mustard.

There was a mistake with my order when I went to pick it up. Mistakes happen. The way the whole team sprung into action to hustle and fix the mistake was above & beyond. Very appreciative of how hard everyone worked to get my order made.

The staff are nothing short of amazing! I walked it right before closing time and they greating me with a smile and kindness. I walked in wanting a pretzel (of course hahaha) and didn't quite know which kind. I left with way more than I expected. I want to say thank you soooo much for being so kind. You all made my day, my mom's day and the doctor's office staff's day. I'll see you all soon. I forget the two gentlemans name (so sorry) and the young lady Peyton.

Best place for pretzels!

Horrible customer service…just left this place and the young lady was very rude. I ordered a box of rivets and they were cold and crunchy she insisted they were not and I asked for the warm ones that just came out since I’m paying $5 I would like fresh ones…She got and attitude and threw the bag of the cold ones in the trash and went to get what I asked for then she slid them to me without a bag or giving me another set of mustard I had to ask for more mustard and that was given with more attitude. Definitely will not return!!

Best place for pretzels!

Came in to order 50 pretzels for the nurse staff at Einstein hospital. Was meet with a non friend complaint about i need to order them in advance. The girl in the back started cursing and throw trays cause she was told she had to make them.. last time i will give this location our business!!! Btw no signs on site or store about ordering 50 pretzels in advice!

I needed a last minute order for my youth football team, I reached out for the order at 2pm and was told they’d have it ready by 4:30pm. Outstanding customer service, thanks to Briana for helping me out on such short notice!

The woman is always polite, and professional. I never have any complaints at this location.
