I ordered the scallop dinner which comes with Rice Pilaf and Broccoli but it came with French Fries. The waitress Selina said the Broccoli & Rice is only a suggestion. So basically she is telling me since I didn’t say what side I wanted, she decided on Fries upon herself. She was not friendly or apologetic. Terrible service.

How can you go wrong with dessert which is all my husband and I came in for. We knew better based on reviews to eat a meal from here but thought because they had a decent selection of desserts, they couldn’t possibly mess that up. First impressions upon walking in is how dirty the salad bar was and then seeing so many dirty tables, we actually thought twice. But again it was only dessert. To start it was literally 3 tables in the whole place including us and it took a while for someone to take our order. Hubby ordered a sprite and when he got it I saw black stuff floating in it so I told him not to drink it. It was likely mold or something from, I am sure a dirty ice machine. Then we get our dessert of cheesecake which was frozen solid and a chocolate mouse cake that tasted a bit stale. Needless to say even a simple item was not so simple. This place needs to be shutdown. It is disgusting!!!!

While our waitress was very professional and polite, and for the most part the food was decent, the condition of the restaurant was terrible.The women's bathroom had disgusting clogged (and still used) toilets in two stalls, and the doors locked with no one inside at the others. In the men's bathroom someone thought up the ingenious idea to hang toilet paper between the handicapped stall door and wall because otherwise people at the sink could see right into the stall. Probably an issue that should be solved by something better than tape and toilet paper. In addition, we found a pair of dirty socks under our table and my wife's medium rare steak came out cold, clearly overcooked, and almost as thin as a hamburger pastry.

Passing through the area on a Friday night. Went to eat here but hardly any staff to be found. People exiting the restaurant warned us of the slow service. We left and ate elsewhere and came back for drinks only. Once at the bar, the staff there is friendly. Over a couple drinks we watched people come in and not be greeted and walk back out. If I where the owner, I'd check the cameras to see how much business littererly walked out the door. I wish this place well in the future- gotta navigate the lack of service issue. The work force is thin everywhere, so I get but there are limits to what people will put up with.

This location exceeded our expectations on a whim of a Friday night visit. We had the salad bar which was very fresh with the usual good choices. I had a steak and potato both of which were cooked perfectly and the steak was very tender. My husband had the fish and chips which were reportedly good as well - and a lot of food, he couldn’t finish the fries. He also enjoyed the tartar sauce and said it had a pleasant sweet taste. As with most restaurants these days, the restaurant was understaffed, but the servers and other wait staff were friendly and attentive and generally doing their best. I hope owners/managers are treating their employees well as they are really carrying the restaurant. I would definitely visit this location again.
Three employees for so many people, wait an hour for your food to be served, I won't go back

I do NOT recommend going here. Went for a meal with the family we waited an hour without anyone coming to the table after getting seated. We asked for help and it was passed to someone else over and over again. We eventually got up and left. It's dirty and should be closed.

This location seems to be barely holding on. It offers standard Ruby Tuesdays menu and salad bar. There was no zip or flash to make it special.
